The best start is maxing Value/Stats in spite of whatever tag it has. Later you try to include/improve synergy (certain points are very situational).
Sometimes it is more profitable to upgrade early, sometimes you want to buy more minions delaying tavern upgrade (especially if at starting rounds opponents have stronger army it is often good to delay upgrade and buy more minnions to secure some hp).
Going first and/or having big hp pool makes you able to risk fast upgrades especially having triples (2 on board, 1 in tavern).

This setup might work better against shields (esp murlocs), but with Wrath Weaver i usually get 3 dudes about 80/80.

Aactually i don't care if someone plays some extra cards if he is happy 'bout it.

Actually i'm pretty happy with what i expirience and having my part of joy and pleasure.
i don't care win rate (unless it fits 40-60%), ranks etc, only play for fun with the decks that i find interesting.

According to stats it might be even overnerfed, though i didnt play too much after patch and can't judge by myself yet.
Now Warrior and Hunter have excess 3-4 % of win rate and Priest with Mage lack of 3-4%, though i dunno what do they assume allowable ballance.

Brann was removed as a HERO, not as a Card.

I'd stay Sludge Slurper as it was and change Dragon's Pack to 2x 4/5 taunt overload 1 (or 2x 5/6 overload 2).
This should be enough to make it solid.
The rest may remain as they changed (though i'd nerf Faceless Corruptor little more).
Still there are cards from other classes to balance (ie: warrior, hunter, priest).
