For this particular version of the deck, i think Prince Keleseth is pretty core, but you can always use regular raza priest and add N'Zoth, the Corruptor, wich is also makes for a beast of a deck ;)

Just to point out that you forgot to mention the 5/3 weapon with lifesteal and 5 armor. Doesnt make it automatically viable but makes it considerally better, and you're considering that the opponent will have the dk in play too, wich many times, they won't

Its not a downside imo, taunt makes it have an imediate impact on board, protecting you against aggro and so on
