If you think you lose because legend players are so much better, I have bad news for you; you probably aren't very good at the game.

Legend players aren't THAT much better than any other player. They just have spent more time climbing.

So either you need to keep playing and eventually you'll get there. Or you need to improve by watching streamers/playing Vs friends who you know are really good or long time players. Try to think ahead a turn or 2. What's my opponent going to play on turn 4? What cards could counter my plays? Did he mulligan away his opening hand or did he keep 2 or 3 cards. It makes the difference.

It's nice to be able to reach legend without spending too much time on it. But I have to agree to the fact that it feels less of an accomplishment now. Maybe they should add cooler cardbacks for top 1000 - 500 - 100 and 50..? That would inspire really good players to keep grinding and the long time "fun" players would have a chance to get to legend. A long time goal of mine which wasn't possible due to a lack of time.

I have been spectating my GF for 3 days now, who has been playing spell only mage.
The thing is, even though the deck runs only four 8-cost cards, (Deep freeze, Power of creation) 9 out of 10 games she draws one or two of them on turn 1 or 2.
We're not talking a few games, she's played 46 games in total and like 30 of those games it happened. Can check it on HS replay even...

It is really ridiculous, I have witnessed it so many times now. She either mulligans them away and draws them, or they don't show up in the mulligan and she draws them turn 1, 2 and or 3. It really feels like the game is rigged somehow. Anyone else experiencing this?

This can't be bad luck right?!
