Well, the 3/3 will probably be decent in a Lady Prestor deck. Which is really the best way to judge any new card being released if you think about it.

I personally would rather it exist in a mediocre state than not exist at all

I've hated that about Soul Rewinder since they added him tbh. I still don't feel like this is the best way to handle self-damage in Battlegrounds (if there is even a good way to handle it, honestly), but having the strategy not completely hinge on one tier 2 minion makes it feel a bit better.
