Need to get Priest and Rogue to lvl 60 so I'll probably try to climb with some Deathrattle Priest since I got the new skin.

    DO NOT PLAY NATURALIZE

You're better off throwing in a Feral Rage or just another decent midrangey card

This is the deck I'm using to climb right now.  Ramp Druid is one of my favorite decks.  Was curious as to what your alls' thoughts are.  Specifically with MC Tech and Moonglade Portal.

    Geck's Ramp Druid (Wild)
Export to BBCode Export to Cockatrice Export to MarkDown Export to Html Clone this deck
    Minion (16) Ability (14)
    Loading Collection

I've played this deck and enjoying it. I like moon glade and often use it to boost a big taunt like Ancient of War more often than my hero, MCT - has been great in a few matches not sure if it is needed. toying with an eater of secrets.
desperate to put Cenarius in, as I just got him. Think he would work?
I used to have Cenarius in the Sylvanas spot. He was solid but the biggest problem is when you pay that much you'd rather have a card that really closes out the game.  But, he can certainly work.

Sort of off topic but just caught my attention.  You mentioned that playing a giant on turn 5 is too slow.  I'm generally pretty optimistic when it comes to the metagame but when an 8/8 on turn 5 is too slow, there's a bit of an issue hahaha

Edit: wanted to point out that I do agree with you, giant on turn 8 probably IS too slow

the funny thing is they probably have all of the other heroes finished, they are just waiting for certain points in time to release them. Promotional events etc..

I wouldnt put it past them to release one for only people who go to blizzcon or buy a ticket.

Don't give them that idea you monster!!

Has anyone had success with a non-death rattle rogue in Wild?  I only have around 100 rogue wins so I want to start using it more but I really just don't enjoy playing death rattle rogue.  Any miracle or maly lists?  Or are those just too bad?

posted a message on What is the Hardest Deck to Beat in the History of Hearthstone?

Came in right after BRM dropped.  While Patron was certainly the best deck since I've been playing there were definetly ways to beat it and maybe I'm misremembering but I rarely felt like I just instantly lost.

I voted for Midrange Druid because LOE era Midrange Druid just felt like it had no bad matchups.  Even switching to tempo Mage or zoo, the supposed counters just felt 55/45 at best to me.  Because if the druidbwas able to pressure you at all turns 3-7 they basically just won with the combo.

Thausisan because he single handed my enables and enhances numerous combos.  If there are ANY combo decks around in wild then Emperor will play a part.

I want to try to make Secret Mage revive again. Hopefully it gets better.

By Wing 3, we will know the fate of Priest, Hunter, Mage as all their new cards are out until the next expansion.

Not really.. neutrals affect classes too medivh can be really good in certain decks for example.. or the 1/3 for 2 that gets you a dragon can make dragon priest great again..
I wouldn't count on that. A 1/3 doesn't contest the board. Discover a dragon is too slow, won't make DP that better imo.
To be fair though I think it's better than a lot of people are giving it credit for.   It's basically a better Museum Curator in Dragon decks.  Now, that may not push Dragon Priest to become a quality deck but I wouldn't overlook it.  Curator is a STRONG card

How is Anyfin combo?  The only cards you combo are Pyro and Equality.  If you're saying because you play Murlocs and then a card that brings them back is a combo then aren't all N'Zoth decks combo?

Anyfin is a combo deck because your using a specific COMBINATION of cards (Warleader & Charge Murloc) to BURST your opponent down.

If you can use the words COMBINATION and BURST DAMAGE to describe your deck it is a COMBO DECK

N'Zoth tries to OUTLAST your opponent by playing BIG THREATS and then bringing them back to life.

If you can use the words OUTLAST and BIG THREATS to describe your deck it is a control deck.

It is really that simple I hope I cleared that up for you
This is not necessarily true. Murloc Paladin before Standard - and now! - is a control deck, that is using board clears, Peacekeepers and heals to outlast the opponent as well. It's a control deck, with a big 10 mana finisher, similar to 'Zoth. which also hasa big finisher, that will simply deliver its damaging burst on the next turn, without charge. Both of these deck types can go to fatigue easily. Worgen Warrior, for example, is a true Combo deck, which will control until they draw their combination of cards they will play in one single turn to burst you down. Similar to Freeze mage.
Most Freeze Mage decks are closer to combo decks then control decks.

Also, Burst Damage that happens that next turn. By definition: not BURST DAMAGE!!!!

Laughing Freeze Mage that aims to burn the opponent down slowly rather then in one burst is the more control variant.

Your dumb so I'll make simpler then 4 sentences. How about one.

If you BURST your opponent down the TURN YOU PLAY YOUR COMBO then it is COMBO DECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i.e. Anyfin Can Happen (some amount of murloc) = burst damage that kills you = Combo DECK!!!!!!!

Are you fucking kidding me how are you not understanding this

There's no real combo in Murloc Pally though.  You only play 1 card to bring all your cards back.  Sure it's bringing back cards that burst the opponent but it's a single card

Love combo decks because instead of just throwing down a Rag, Grom, N'Zoth, or Totem Golem as your win condition you have 3-5 cards that help you do that.

Side note: I really hate when people assume all OTK decks are combo and all combo decks are OTK.  You can think of this new Secret Hunter as a combo deck.  Combo: Huntress + LockNLoad + Secrets = win con.  Anyfin Paladin is an OTK but, not a combo.  It's a control deck with a massive ONE CARD finisher.

posted a message on Top 5 Favourite Decks?

Honorable mentions: Pre-Wotog Anyfin Paladin, Post-nerf Patron Warrior, Pre-Wotog Renolock, Early-TGT Dragon Priest (with Vol'Jin and Chillmaw), Pre-TGT Hybrid Hunter (that was the fastest I've ever experienced the meta.  Every game was a race to the finish line and Hybrid Hunter let you beat some controlly decks that tried to counter but you could still race Aggro Pally, Face Hunter, and Mech Shaman), and Ramp Druid (it would be on my top 5 but, it's never really been a good meta deck since I've been playing so I haven't played it as much as I'd want).

    5) BRM Midrange Hunter- First real deck I ever made and it was a blast to play and learn on.  Will always hold a special place in my heart.

    4) Early LOE Elise Control Warrior- The list was really different from a lot of the greedy Ctrl Warrior lists.  Ran Fierce Monkeys and a lot of anti aggro stuff with the only true threats being Elise and Grommash.  So much fun and eventually built it into your typical fatigue/control warrior

    3) All eras of Zoolock- Everyone likes to bash on Zoo but personally I like the fact that there will always be an aggressive, board control centric deck.  Zoo is fun and figuring out that moment when to switch modes and quit fighting the board and start burning you opponent is satisfying.

    2) Current Wild Midrange N'Zoth Paladin- Basically the idea is to just run the most quality cards at every mana cost.  It basically makes it so there aren't any real bad topdecks.  It's a simple, curve it out deck for sure but it gives you a way to just go wide and aggro your opponent down (minibot-muster-shredder-loatheb to hold the board-win) or control the game, drop your bombs and wait until you throw down your N'Zoth and bring everything back from the dead.

    1) All eras Worgen Combo Warrior- The deck is just fantastic.  It's a pure combo deck through and through.  Punishes greedy control lists (and Priest, sorry Priest), gets beaten up by aggro but isn't unwinnable.  Often your opponent isn't expecting it and even if the meta isn't favorable to it you can still grab some games because the lists are pretty techable.
