I honestly doubt this deck can handle aggro reliably. No card draw ( Except Lay on Hands but that's very late ), and your answers aren't that good when compared to today's deck that are still faster, yet still don't compete that well with aggro.
I'm not sure Argent Lance is good VS today's aggro : Facehunter most likely doesn't care you facetrade their minion, and zoolock minions won't be affected too much by 2 damage ( Haunted Creeper, Imp Gang Boss, any minion buffed by Defender of Argus ).
If I were you I'd try a close equivalent to this deck with today's cards ( You only have 5 cards to replace afterall ), just to see.
Now this doesn't mean this won't be good when TGT comes out, as aggro might have to slow down or change strategy to handle the slower meta. But if that doesn't happen, I doubt this can survive aggro.
Why would you run Eadric the Pure? The only match-up it would be good against is Handlock, which paladin is all ready favored against. (in terms of your other cards in your deck)
Why use a Gadgetzan Jouster? 50% chance to be a zombie chow or be worthless? No thanks.
Tuskarr Jouster is fine. I personally would run another heal on top of Tuskarr
Eadric the Pure is very strong against almost all other control decks. Not just Handlock, especially if other control decks start running Frost Giant
The only other early removal Paladins have besides Argent Lance is Seal of Light which is a bad card. and against Aggro (when a 2 attack weapon is best, this Lance is much more likely to be a 2/3.
Same applies to Gadgetzan Jouster and againts control you wouldn't keep a Zombie Chow in your hand either. This card at least has some utility in the lategame since you can tell whats left their deck. The deck is still experimental though so Zombie Chow may still be better.
Garlicnerd, I'd suggest you to swap the Piloted Sky Golem for an Antique Healbot, it works for me and keeps me safe after stabilizing against aggro.
That's what the Tuskarr Jouster is there for. However if you click the link to the actual page of the deck you will see that the Piloted Sky Golem is already there to be an empty tech slot and one of the tech cards i mention is in fact Antique Healbot. You could also alternatively run a second Tuskarr Jouster
Impossible to tell right now. Too slow for the current meta, and not all TGT cards have been released so perhaps there are alternative (better) options. My idea of a Joust decks is the following:
Early game: Aggro will always be a thing so we need (and Paladin currently lacks reliable) early game removal. We can't put a lot of minions here because that could ruin our Joust-strategy. Muster for Battle, Argent Lance, Aldor Peacekeeper, Coghammer, Seal of Light are pretty much all we have atm. This is not enough if the meta is as fast as the current one.
But again, it's too early to theorycraft when not everything is released yet. Once the expansion comes out there'll be plenty of time to test out this, and many other strategies.
I actually think Argent Lance is a pretty strong card since most aggro decks mostly run minions with 2 or less health and this card has the potential to take out 3 early drops. Its also not Seal of Light so that's a plus. I would like to also point out the fact that if you remember, Shamans used to run Stormforged Axe x2 and that card is arguabley worse than the Lance. There's also the fact that the Argent Lance is a 2-drop that ISN'T a minion which is good for Jousting. The deck only has 3 2 mana minions and you're likely to have at least one of them early on which further increases Jousting likelyhood.
There's also more information on the deck if you click the link to it.
I'm not entirely sure I get the point of your deck. I mean, Joust seems to be a mechanic supposed to counter aggro, but you actually only have 4 cards with Joust, which is far from enough to give enough of an edge against aggro that you can have such a heavy deck.
Against control, I'm not entirely sure you will reliably win Jousts ( But they were designed to mostly country aggro anyway, so not much of a loss ) especially if the meta slows down...
Am I missing something ?
This deck's early game is actually pretty secure vs aggro with the 2 Argent Lance, Gadgetzan Jouster and 2 Shielded Minibot since most aggro decks run minions with 2 or less attack. I don't think the deck needs any more Joust cards because I think the rest of them are not that good. Master Jouster is too bad if it misses in a control match up. Despite that, I put Gadgetzan Jouster in the deck because i think its better vs control in the late game even if it misses as information is pretty important in the late game and control decks will usually have as easy of a time killing a 2/3 as a 1/2. I think Argent Lance is also strong its early removal for Paladins and that's something the class doesn't have otherwise (I'm not going to talk about Seal of Light). Keep in mind that back in the day, Shamans would run Stormforged Axe x2.
I would also like to mention that there's more information on the deck if you click the link to it.
Here is a little research that a guy of the forum did to calculate what burgle could give to you. He gives positive and negative points to the class cards and concluded the best class to "seal" class cards was paladin.
As he explained in his own thread, average cards are good cards but situationals. Peacekeeper, minibot and muster of battle depends of the board to be good enought. If your are playing against aggro, these three cards have not too much impact in the game and dont use to change the game to give you a victory. Healing you or drawing cards is always better, doesnt matters the situation.
Anyway, it is not my list and i didnt study it deeply, so could be cards that are in the wrong lane.
I completely disagree. Health doesn't do anything because it doesn't fix the problem of you dieing. It just delays it.
As a long time Paladin player, those 3 "Average" cards are top tier and Minibot and Muster at the very least are FANTASTIC against aggro since Aggressive decks run a lot of 2/1s and 3/2s which those cards clean up nicely. They also don't require you to have a board. In fact they GIVE you board presence. Even if you look at it from the perspective of a rogue using Burgle, a burgle rogue would most likely be a control Rogue which would get a HUGE advantage from those tools.
Paladin doesn't even run Emperor Thaurissan so its even emptier for them.
6 mana slot is heavly contested. ET , Sylvanas , Black Knight, Cairne, Skygolem are just few examples
Of which only ET and Sylvanas see heavy play as non-tech cards. Cairne has not been used in forever. I could see this being a 1 of in decks alongside of sylvanas for decks that don't play emperor.
I play Cairne in few decks. Its true that i havent got Sylvanas or ET, but i swear that is a solid card, is very annoying and when you are topdecking use to be victory. There are better choices? For sure. It is a bad card? Not at all.
Cairne is a good card don't get me wrong. It used to be in every control/midrange before GvG came out but now the game has become too fast for old Cairne, favoring other cards (like Sylvannas Windrunner and ET)

Antique Healbot is better than Guardian of Kings.
Seal of Light is a bad card. If you don't always take 4 damage that early so it ends up being worse than 2 mana deal 2 since it doesn't always heal.
Avenging Wrath is currently unplayable because of Grim Patron and is otherwise too inconsistant
Zombie Chow... no complaints

Control Paladin heavily bent against aggro but has enough to hold its own against control.
Tell me what you think!

yeah thats the one.

Hopefully these cards only see play in paladin and it'll be like Paladin just got 2 extra class cards.

Does anyone else get an error message over the area on thegrandtourney.com where you're supposed to vote or is it just me?
Also check out my Pali deck below (shameless self plug)

Grim Patron is one of the toughest decks in the game to play and it looks a lot cheaper than it really is because you need Blackrock Mountain.
I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner.

Why is it only good when you're ahead?

That list is really inaccurate. Holy Light, Solemn Vigil and Seal of Light are top-tier but Aldor Peacekeeper, Shielded Minibot and Muster for Battle are average?
