I think this release cycle is deceptive, which is the theme of this set. You don't know the full answer, so you're left wondering. Isn't that what this set is all about? Guess work?
Yeah.. ever since the rewards tracker released, it was VERY obvious that accumulating gold would take excessively longer. Sure, you get more gold at the beginning of the rewards tracker than the previous system of 80/100/150 gold quests, but from level 20/30 onwards, you get less and less gold, exponentially. Instead of getting 80-150g a day, you're getting a maximum 50g per day.
On top of that, the annual events have been seeing less and less rewards, and pushing quests that no one gives a fuck about. I only play standard and the occasional tavern brawl, with Arena rarely depending on what quests I have. Battlegrounds, I just launch and do something else. Mercenaries, I have to brainlessly attack, but I have to be their, which is annoying. I had way more fun actively trying to complete relevant quests, than what I'm doing today. It's boring tbh.
To give perspective, when I first started playing, when a new set is released, I'd have around 6k-8k gold saved up. Over the years it got less and less, especially with the rewards tracker. Now I can barely get just above 2k, as the miniset takes away 2k, and I play this game religiously, completing all weeklies and optimizing dailies.
Though, at least Tavern Brawl gives you standard packs now weekly, with the rare current set pack.
It's the age ol' problem, RNG is bad. There are quite a few good dragon's in the current standard set, making Lady Prestor really high rolly. You'll either win by breaking the game through either dishing out a lot of damage through spells, replacing your deck with higher quality cards, control the board with a single card, drawing all your spells, or.... you lose cause you low balled all the RNG rolls.
It's just BAD game design. It may be fun for the person playing that deck, but it is not fun at all for the opponent to RANDOMLY guess what cards were generated. You can't play around it. Just smorc and prayge.
As for tutoring, that isn't Druid's problem. The ability to draw 2-5+ per turn is the problem, or gaining 2+ mana crystals... or both. It becomes more consistent as you draw more and more.
So as I was playing the first round of the new chapter in Book of Mercenaries, I wonder if you can fatigue yourself before 9 turns? Isn't it odd that they give you 15 card draw cards, 4 conjure mana, and 2 Incanter's flow? Like, that is a very weird choice, right? Maybe this is part of the new hidden achievement

Wait... is this the first card to let you choose 2 things? No random? Being able to choose 2 is pretty strong

...Can I get my 3rd quest back? I like stacking 3 quests so I can pump them out :\
2
Yeah... this happened to me to. Though, just received 1600 dust logging in today.

Imagine getting Anub'Rekhan signature card instead of its legendary counterpart... feels bad man :\

So... they forgot to enable drops on twitch... unfortunate

Is it just choosing a face down card, or do you see their entire hand?

I don't know what is what with most of the images. Why not just show them as text?
