Well I got him to fatigue and nothing special happens (which I expected) but wow it was tough getting him to die becuase I had to fit so much in to kill him in one turn that if he wasn't so stupid I would've lost.
I have every card I want but I have enough dust for three golden legendaries so I'm looking for suggestions. Most interested in classic/ sets that wont rotate in spring 2017. I polled my top ones so you can vote if you wanna or just tell me in the comments.
P.S. I play renolock alot so which is why jaraxxus is up there.
Although I haven't played your exact deck list I tried from day one to use krul (I got a golden from packs :P) and found most of my decks were to scattered with random ideas but I found your deck and changed a few things (namely more demon based cards like Bloodfury Potion) and so far it has own me a sizable amount of games and I'm nearly at rank 15 now with a 72% win rate (I can't play a lot so laddering is hard for me).
For your deck I would personally think you include a Felfire Potion as it to my surprise is a really powerful aoe in most cases especially when you have reno in hand so you know you can heal from the damage. I also think rag makes the deck a little to to top heavy vs most aggro decks and I think Sylvanas Windrunner might speed the deck up a tiny bit as you have jarraxxus, krul, kazakus, and simple overwhelming to win so rag seems unnecessary as a big threat/win condition and syl is quicker and can mess with how the opponent plays.
Here's the list if your interested but I'm mostly here to say thank you for the deck idea to spring board my Krul Renolock deck :).
Well I've been testing out a demon renolock myself and so far my list has worked and that's how I'm gonna judge your deck based on what mine has vs yours. (I'll post my deck at the bottom of this comment so you can see what I'm running.)
Anyway I'll start off with what I think needs to go and those include:
Forbidden Ritual although a good card with this deck since we have limited room and you want demons in your deck it just doesn't have an real function in a deck like this.
Darkshire Councilman although I saw what you were doing with this and the ritual these cards just don't have the support to really justify putting in a deck other than acting as a speed bump to our demons or late game minions.
Sergeant Sally it just isn't an amazing card in Reno lock outside of PoW which will have uses later when you see what I put in.
Azure Drake Although this is a really good card again like Darkshire it just doesn't have a place that is powerful on the board/ has a good purpose outside of drawing a card. (Although you can still keep this in if you like it since it is still a decent card.)
Bane of Doom Simply to slow of a card to really be useful as although it can summon giant demons it could also pull a 1/3 on turn five which is really bad.
Doomguard The sad thing is that discarding cards is just to big a downside for a powerful body on the board and saving it specifically for Krul makes it a dead card for possibly the entire game.
and finally Felfire Potion Generally we want to not take a lot of face damage so we can cycle through our deck quickly and this takes away almost 3 life taps for a board clear that also kills your board and imo this is just to much damage to yourself to be good.
Now onto what i would include in place of those cards:
Actually I gotta go somewhere and don't have the time to type out the explations so I'll just do this:
So far since I've been running him in my Reno demonlock and he is really good with the only downside being that he can pull Lord Jaraxxus but even then outside of the few classes that have have guaranteed board clears like Twisting Nether this is a nightmare to deal with if it summons 2 or 3 other demons.
I've played a few games with a buff pally deck and I gotta say...
IT'S THE MOST BROKEN DECK I'VE EVER SEEN
It just has such insane value that I went 11-1 with the one loss being vs a tempo mage that got a god opening and topdeck. Otherwise this deck murders anything and everything.
Yep midrange dragon paly will maby be better(I think theres some deck in low rank on the ladder). What is sur, it will be a direct counter to dragon preast, that for sur will be a top tier deck.
Since when does Paladin counter Priest? As far as I know, it's the other way around.
His logic is that you won't be hurt by Dragonfire potion as much as other classes.. But that won't be enough.. Dragon Priest will just be better than Dragon pally
I know. Dragon priest will be 10 times better than dragon paly. What I tryed to say is dragon paly will be a tricky match up for priest. But, I think midrange paladin or eboladin will just be better than dragon paladin. Since the release of LoE, dragon paly was always in low tier, and I don't think it will go in high tier at the release of MSoG. But, if it does, The archetype will surelly be a tricky match up for dragon priest and, maby, a real counter because Dragonfire will not clear paladin board and this aoe will surely take the place of Excavated Evil in all priest archetype, dragon or not. Also, because actual standard paladin cards (mostly legendary) are better than priest
That and the fact that early on a single buff can make cards like Blackwing Technician have 4 attack making priest have a hard time in the beginning turns as you can trade really well vs most early game things priest can put down. Which in turn makes you have a dominating board that can force the priest to say Entomb or waste other minions/spells to survive the really powerful opening dragon pally might be able to open with.
This is the worst designed card I've seen in hearthstone as it now punishes probably over 1/2 of the decks in hearthstone. Any control deck is now a lost cause because of this card. You can't outlast them due to 1 mana 30/30s and the fact that they can never fatigue. This card is beyond Dr. Boom levels of power in terms of everything. This is the most broken card to be in hearthstone and I hope to god it gets nerfed hard otherwise this might kill control decks permanently.
I like the card but I don't think a highlander priest can work.
The reason Renolock worked was that you could draw your deck, pull the answers you need, then reset your health and win from there. Priest has no good, reliable draw that allows a highlander priest to get the answers they need to work.
They also lack powerful burn cards like mage has to use as removal, or to kill the opponent should they need to become the aggressor and close out a match.
TL:DR Highlander priest is to weak and even this card can't save it.

What he means is that dragon pally is gonna counter the new power cards priest is getting such as Dragonfire Potion which wouldn't be as bad since you're also running dragons. There is also the fact that becuase of the new buff cards you could in theory buff your early minions like Blackwing Technician into 4 attack which priest can't deal with outside of trading. For example I built this deck to counter aggro but actually could counter dragon priest as well. This would also one of my first decks to run when the expansion drops.
Midrange grows with every new card to be introduced. This is amazing as it further allows for a solid turn 2 or even turn 3 play that might make pally be the counter to shaman.
I like the midrange style to the deck but agree with pepej_hs in his thoughts about to many 1 drops and the struggle you could have with that.
I would personally drop the 2 Selfless Hero in favor of Tirion Fordring and Leeroy Jenkins as I think both would work well in this deck with leeroy being burst while tirion is just an amazing card and should really be in every pally deck imo.
Its a control oriented paladin who uses those early game buffs and cheap minions along with the basic paladin tools to survive the early to mid game and the dropping giant buffed up taunt to shut aggro down completely if you survive long enough. They also help to weaken other control decks hopefully to a point where Leeroy Jenkins + Faceless Manipulator can kill them if need be and can spike 12+ damage depending on whether or not Leeroy Jenkins was buffed in your hand at any point.

Ignore this comment I reread the rules and
I'm just dumb soI'm gonna fix what was wrong and post it later in another comment.0

I bought about 160 packs and from them got every legendary except for Knuckles, Raza the Chained, Shaku the Collector, Genzo, the Shark, Finja, the Flying Star, and Wrathion. Plus a few bad epics so I'm happy with this.

4/5 for the card
2/5 for use in meta

From there I would drop the Frostwolf Warlord, A Small-Time Recruits, and 1 Argent Squire all in favor of 1 Blessing of Kings, 1 Solemn Vigil, and 1 Equality in order for the deck to have some basic draw and adding to the decks ability to survive. (Plus an Equality is a really important thing to catch up to aggro should things get out of hand.)
But since I am a person who enjoys control the most I wanted to share this deck and see what ppl thought of it.
