I have added a new card. Totem Warder.
It is an aura effect and it works with all totems. Totems stop being immune once this minion is killed. It has taunt so that an immune stoneclaw totem doesn't break the game.

It's a nice basic silence spell. Serves as a cantrip and also very nice for mill decks.

My idea was to create a pseudo-taunt minion:
Warmaul Sentinel [Rare]
5 mana, 4/6.
"All enemy characters have a 50% chance to attack this minion."

Good with buffs to deal even more AoE damage.
On summon: " I'm OK. I AM OK!"
When blowing up: " KABOOM!"
When not blowing up: " That was close."

Potentially huge value, but the skeleton can be silenced or something like a northshire could be summoned which would lead to a massive tempo loss.

Aggron Stonebreaker, the Ogre Magi
His signature ability in DotA is Multicast, where his other spells have a chance to be duplicated.
His ability here allows for some insane combos such as 10x Icelance (at a ~0.2% chance) for 36 damage @ 10 mana.
Fun card in general but unreliable unlike Chromaggus that guarantees 1 duplicate per card drawn,

This might sound OP but it is ONLY 3 stats better than Chillwind Yeti. This is a legendary so it should be better, maybe even better than the card is at the moment. 6/6 early game might sound amazing, but it isn't actually that much. Also it's not certain that you will get him early game. I have counted the value of the effect, and the average value of a Murloc is ca 1,9 mana if you consider the lack of battlecries and the overload of the Slitfin Spiritwalker. I have counted the token Murlocs in this (1/1s that I counted as 0,5 mana minions). The average value of the Murlocs is ca 1,9 mana (or a little above even because one of them is a legendary). The effect has only a 50% chance of activating so we can rate it as ca 1 mana reduction for every turn so he may even be a little underpowered. Enjoy and don't forget to vote :D
By the way: I know that the wording might sound a little weird, but compare it to Nat Pagle and you'll probably understand why it is worded that way :)
Edit: If you think this sounds OP, compare it to Hungry Dragon. Hungry Dragon has one stat less but it has synergy, isn't a legendary, only gives 1-mana minions (and sometimes minions that are worth less because of the battlecry, for example Elven Archer) while this can give better minions etc. The average value of a Murloc according to my math is ca 2 mana while Hungry Dragon only gives out minions worth about 0-1,5 mana. This minion's ability can also trigger several times which could get bad because Murlocs can have good synergy.

I multiple ideas for this week. But it seemed that that one was the most appealing:
Now. If you don't know how to evaluate this card i will explain:
In terms of [b]balence[/b], this card is perfect. You could compare it to Earth Shock because this is basicly that plus 2 damage and 2 cost.
It is a good hard removal for stuff like Piloted Shredders, Grim Patrons, lets just say buffed 3hp minions in general!
Example:
It would get rid of an Ironfur Grizzly, or other 3hp minions for this case, no matter whats on it. (Velen's Chosen, Blessing of Kings, you name it!)
I never played world of warcraft, but i do know that concussive shot removes some abillities from the target. I think it fits the lore (correct me if i'm wrong).

Underpriced - adding the can't attack to a silenced minion effectively means its useless! If you completely remove the can't attack feature it'd be balenced though.

I really like how you have done the flavour texts and effects of this stuff. Here is how i would say about balencing:
Brode the Innkeeper:
I think hes balanced... But maybe hes a little weak! You could make him a 5/5 for 7 mana OR a 10/10 for 10 mana! That would be fun.
Living Seed:
This one is c-o-o-l! Really well thought of in my opinion!
Divine Truthseeker:
Nice one man! Perfectly balanced.
Sunwalker Dezco:
Perfectly balenced.
Glutton of Wrath:
Its the only one i dont like. Balenced but not-so-good.
Crimson Bootlegger:
Its a good card! In the same way a Divine Thruthseeker.
Arcane Guardian:
OK... But the wording is rather odd... I would make it 'All spells must target this minion' because AoE or random spells dont need to target.
Divine Bulwark:
This one is my favourite (probably because of the flavour text)! But i think if the conditionit fufilled it should be +3/+3 instead of +2/+3 because compare it to Mark of the Wild: it is about 5 points (2 attack, 2 health, 1 taunt). That would mean with card should be about what i just said because its just a condition!
I'm sorry if my feedback isnt constructive enough but i really like these cards!

You have a point there. Also it might be just a little OP. However its a great idea according to hearthstone fanatics like me! And what if your opponent gets an upset tummy and vomits...

I think the legendary summoning job should be left to Sneeds old shredder. So you should completely change this card.

The idea of burning beserker is wierd, and i dont like it. But i am just one opinion so i need to wait for someone to agree with me lol.
Ironfur Yak should be reworded to 'Whenever this minion survives damage, restore it to full health.'
Xuen should be Battlecry: Gain +1/+1 for every minion you hold.
Cinderfall is underpowered for a legendary, maybe give it Charge for more chance of a magma rager?
Great Turtle should be reworded to 'Battlecry: If you hold a beast, gain +2/+2'. Also since hunters have so many beasts, it should be downgraded to a 2/4 but give it a Beast tag since it is one.
Chi-Ji's effect should be clearly marked as a Battlecry.
Jademyst dancer should probably be a 4/4. And reworded to 'Costs (2) less for every spell you played this turn.'

OMG brainstorm! Here is my submission:
I never played WoW,but according to the wiki, he summons a wave of Kor'Krons to fight you and another one at 10% health, so i thought this mechanic might work!
