I guess some people would say casual is supposed to be for people to have fun with home-brew decks and you shouldn't be bringing tier 1 net decks there. It's a matter of opinion.

I literally built this deck at the end of december, played it on ladder for a day, and discarded it. It felt too clunky. Mismatching pieces feels awful.

    Minion (12) Ability (16) Playable Hero (2)

    I don't know. I think it's still just really high-rolly

Lot of people used deck like this to get to legend. So it is very powerful, just needs very careful play and a bit of luck to draw correct pieces. But it can snowball fast and win before slower decks can get their game plan going. Plus there's some late game play with Rexxar and Zul'jin. So it's not completely a one trick pony.

What in the name of the flying fuck!!! Three matches i a row, my opponent plays Keleseth on turn 2. What a shit show this game can be.

At least only once. How about playing Keleseth twice on turn 2. That feels rough!

Yeees, join the dark side! Feel the aggro, go face and get legend without any skill! :D

No for real: Sometimes I play control decks just for fun in unranked too, but I can't understand why somebody wants to ladder with such kind of decks. In my eyes this is just a waste of time and every loose feels way more painful. (Maybe this is the reason, why 98% of all whine threads are from control players...) Because of this I always ladder with Midrange or Aggro decks.

If you want to switch to faster decks, try to build a Midrange-Hunter first, because the only expensive card you need for that is the DK and the rest can be full basic, common and rare cards and you have a deck, which can bring you to legend. Beside this Hunter is the most flexible class at the moment, so you can switch more easily between different deck types (Egg Hunter, Spell Hunter...).  Or even try a Mech Hunter in Wild which can bring you to rank 10 and beyond with ease and could be build without any legendary card.

I HATE HUNTERS. I will never join to dark side NEVEEEEEER.

Come on, Dire Mole is so cute. Most beasts in midrange hunter look cute.

Hunter ability 320443982042 that needs a nerf- candleshot plus hunters mark. Unconditional remove any minion for 2 mana? No face damage? Naturalize is one mana but draws your opponent two cards... is anything else close to as broken in terms of hyper efficient removal? that plus deadly shot for 3 mana, so fucking dumb. For comparison, hex and poly are 4 mana, and they are the best other removals in the game.

I don't want to defend Hunters, but Candleshot + Hunter's Mark combo would be a problem only if both cards were in the Classic set: in fact, if they were, I'm sure Blizzard would have already given them a proper mana cost (same thing for Equality + Consecration, which always cleans the board, but it costs quite a lot). For what concerns Deadly Shot, I think that the 3 mana cost instead of 4 is due to the RNG factor involved (while with Hex and Polymorph there's no RNG).

I know this is the salt thread and you don't come here to receive explanations or to discuss, but I felt it was good to express my opinion (please don't slaughter me lol)

P.S.: Spellbender new meta breaker Kappa

My original post was about the mana cost. I don't see why whether they are part of the classic set or not has any bearing on that. As long as it's under-costed it will remain a problem in standard until the rotation, and then in wild forever.

I don't see equality consecrate as a good comparison. Different class, different mana cost, different effects.

My point about deadly shot, which you could argue is fair at 3 mana, is that it's cheaper than other similar removals. Which makes it more absurd give hunters an additional way (huntersmark +deadly shot) to remove any minion for even less mana and with no rng.

Honestly, to be fair for the effect, you could increase both candleshot and hunter's mark by one mana.

They are completely fair. It's one minion removal on which you have to spend 2 cards. That's a lot of resources. Equality example you gave clears the entire board. That is much more powerful than candleshot. With candleshot plus hunter's mark you have to give 4 slots in your deck away to be able to kill 2 big minions during the course of a game (if you draw all 4 cards and hunter has no card draw, remember). That's not that strong. Other classes have much better removal such as Priest or Rogue.

posted a message on Nerfs - The dust refund policy must be changed as it's not fair anymore

The problem with refunds is where do you stop. Should they also refund Captain Greenskin? What about Grumble which was only playable in combo Shudderwock decks? I crafted Grumble so according to this logic I should get 1600 dust. No matter what they do they will piss off some people, that's with every nerf and balance change.
