Fluxflashor I think you definitely should have clarified what the constraints were for the decks for this week's challenge for those who didn't listen in.
Thanks Shnackaran, I forgot to come back here. I've edited my op with more info.
This is the deck submission thread for this week's Fireside Chat. The deck theme for this week is Murlocs. Simply create a deck using the Hearthpwn deckbuilder, and share it in this thread to enter. The winner will receive 2800 Riot Points (don't ask me, ask CrsJames) and street cred. We will discuss the decks in an upcoming episode. Don't forget to leave a description on your deck if you'd like to explain your choices!
It's ok, you're going to have to hope you haven't smited the rng gods in order to be playing on day one anyways. I'm going to assume they'll be starting off with a pretty small amount of players at first and moving on to stress testing later on much like all of their other betas.
I'd start making sacrifices to them now.
Also, I'm making another prediction - July 10th. Looks like second week of June didn't work out as planned, so it's time to get a little more risky.
I'm going to be playing the same way, only disenchanting excess cards. I need to have a complete collection of cards so that I can try out everything. During the beta though, I may end up disenchanting quite a few cards and just focus on a couple of heroes since the progress will get reset anyways when the game launches. Gotta catch em all, Hearthemon!
Well the thing is Knife Juggler was recently changed to "summon" instead of "play"; but the card images and text on hearthpwn is a bit outdated. You also can't find Far Sight and will still see Mana Spring Totem even though it's been replaced by Far Sight.
The reason for this is because there is currently no publicly accessible patch, and since our database is generated based on the game itself, we don't have the updated data. I'm sure we'll see something soon.
Ysera the Awakened, the green Dragon Aspect, is one of the five Great Aspects empowered by the titans (the others being Alexstrasza, Deathwing, Malygos, and Nozdormu) to watch over Azeroth. In addition to watching over Azeroth, she is charged with the protection of the Emerald Dream. She is the foster mother of the demigod Cenarius.
Formerly known as Ysera the Dreamer, she has recently awoken from her slumber within the Emerald Dream, though she is not yet able to consistently tell the difference between dream and reality. While she is still sane, she is not yet entirely coherent.
Deathwing the Destroyer, formerly known as Neltharion the Earth-Warder, was one of the five Dragon Aspects and leader of the black dragonflight. Thousands of years ago, Neltharion was empowered by the Titans with dominion over the earth and the deep places of Azeroth. However, driven mad by the Old Gods, he turned against the other Aspects during the War of the Ancients. Among both mortals and dragons his name has become one whispered with a feeling of fear and contempt.
The black aspect involved himself in the Second War, adopting the form of Lord Daval Prestor in order to destroy the Alliance from within. He also managed to turn his greatest enemy, Alexstrasza, into a slave of the Horde, with which he later allied himself. After a series of setbacks, culminating in his defeat at the hands of the other Aspects, Deathwing retreated to the elemental plane of Deepholm to recuperate. From there, he observed his former mate Sintharia's experiments with the twilight dragonflight in Grim Batol, and later continued his late consort's work.
Though believed dead by many, Deathwing returned in spectacular fashion after the fall of the Lich King. His wrath resulted in the Shattering, which reshaped the map of Azeroth and unleashed widespread destruction; as the world reeled, he also appeared and brought flame to various regions of Azeroth. His ultimate goal was to bring about the Hour of Twilight - the final end of all life on Azeroth. To that end, he was aided by powerful allies, minions of his Old God masters. These included the warped ogre-mage Cho'gall and his Twilight's Hammer cult, the powerful Elemental Lords Al'Akir and Ragnaros, and the Neferset tol'vir of Uldum.
Uniting their powers, the remaining Dragon Aspects sent adventurers to brave the unstable paths of the Caverns of Time to retrieve the Dragon Soul, an ancient artifact crafted by Deathwing himself ten thousand years earlier and destroyed shortly after the Second War, and believed to be the only means of defeating him. With the weapon secure, the Aspects took the battle to their corrupted brother, with the orc shaman Thrall as the wielder of the Soul, now imbued with Deathwing's essence - the very essence of the earth itself. After laying siege to the Wyrmrest Temple and unleashing his most powerful minions, Deathwing took to the skies, until he was blasted into the Maelstrom by the powers of the Soul. His body at last giving way to the corruption within, Deathwing made his final stand in the raging torrent of the Maelstrom, until he was at last destroyed by the combined powers of the shaman, the Aspects, and the mortal champions sent to defeat him.
just ended a forge with 6 rares and 2 epics. Unless i missed something i think you can at most get 3 rares and the other cards have a chance to be epic or legendary right? Regardless i doubt you would get 6 rares and 2 epics even if you could get rares in place of commons.
As far as I know you can get lucky and get more than 3 rares, but 3 is the minimum.
This is correct if you change the wording slightly. You are not guaranteed to get 3 rares, but rather, you'll get 3 cards that will be of at least rare quality. Your 10th, 20th, and 30th turns will give you a choice between Rare, Epic or Legendary cards. If you're lucky enough, you'll end up with 3 epics instead of 3 rares.
The forge is definitely wrong. It draws from green text every other turn and there are only about 19 green text minions. And every other turn it draws from black text minions, and there are about 130 black text minions. So you see the same green text minions over and over and over and over again. The rarity of the minions is not correct in this forge version.
We are aware of the issue and it will be fixed. Thanks!

Interesting.
File has been removed. The link generated by the bbcode was to the wrong type of ancestral spirit anyways. That is now being looked into.

I would assume because it doesn't tell you to choose a card first much like Ancestral Spirit does, you will pick the target after drawing a card.

And an easy link to the listing page for your filter query and a sorted mana column ;)
