Honestly, I'm not facing that many Mecha'Thun decks to play tech cards against those. So when it happens, I kind of accept the fact I'm gonna lose against them.
What I do encounter a lot, however, are Pirate warriors and Warcry Shamans. And when that happens, I make sure I've got my 2 Golakka Crawlers and Nerub'ar Weblords in my even warlock.
I'm pretty sure it still gives it as long as it would fit the situation. Do you remember what option it gave you when you had 4 mana and what the opponent's board looked like? Depending on the situation, it might suggests you Shadow Word ruin or Mass Dispel for instance.
I consider myself a very average Battlegrounds player, expert players will probably be more helpful but I would say:
- Don't focus too much on the tribe on the first levels, what you're looking for is stats and value. - Some cards have good synergy, offer good support though not from the same tribe - In most cases, try to buy a token on your first turn, upgrade to level 2 on your turn 2 and sell a token to buy 2 good stats/synergy minions on your turn 3. Then, on turn 4, you can buy 2 more minions while still on level 2. With that strategy, you shouldn't be behind.
Hey all, I'm a little frustrated here. I've made it Platinum, which is the highest I've ever made in Ranked, but it seems like I've plateaued. I win 1 in every 5 games or so (not being bumped down to previous ranks anymore is a godsend lol) and can only make any kind of progress with my Aggro Elemental Shaman deck which I find boring af right now. What should I do here? I like playing Control type decks because I feel like I have to actually think but it seems like everyone I come across has an answer to everything I do, has perfect card draw and I get the total opposite. It's a little disheartening and I really wanna keep playing the game but it won't be worth it if I can't get myself out of this funk. TIA
Whatever you choose to play, make sure you like that deck for better results. If you like control, I can suggest Auron's control priest: AAECAa0GCMi+A8vNA/vRA53YA/voA5nrA9TtA8jvAwuTugObugPezAPXzgPj0QP+0QPi3gOW6AOe6wPo7wOFnwQA.
You can adjust depending on the current meta (I've added some oozes because I got tired of facing shamans, and replaced Yogg with Mutanus).
Streamer Roffle plays it in his "Reno Shudderwock Shaman" deck, which contains lots of counter cards, along with the Reno/Shudderwock package. Fun to play, but probably not competitive (at least after Diamond 5)

There must be something wrong with my game, the only classes I'm facing since yesterday are druids and hunters.

I was about to ask. All I'm seeing in Diamond/Legend (EU server) are C'Thun druids. If I meet a priest, it will most likely be a Shadow one.

Someone on a different thread said that transfer student was tradeable on the new board.

Edit: Ah, it works fine on reboot.

What about transform minions in the deck that cost (3) more for Shaman?

Possible return of Lord Jaraxxus?
