It's because it costs too much and in a heated game, especially against control and midrange, there's rarely a chance to play it because it provides so little tempo on that turn. For this card to work, you'd need to be facing off against a person with bad draw, no board on turn 6 or 5 with the coin, and have a good hand yourself. This card just doesn't fit into any of the current Shaman meta, since Overload, Totem nor Malygos Shaman really relies on having that extra +1/+1. Consider it a Stormwind Champion that's 6 mana and has 4/4 stats.
