In my humble opinion, some classes got hit pretty hard. Warrior and priest have a lot of bad spells and that's terrible. On the other hand, hunter and druid have a lot of good spells. Rogue is also in a good spot. But I think mage and warlock can secure the spot at the top right now. Good commons, good spells and relevant hero powers. My guess for a tier list is:
Rogue has a great match-up against midrange jade Shaman, I think I haven't lost a single match against it this season. Even without stb in my rogue decks from now on I'll probably still be having an advantage against non-face jade decks
Every competitive Rogue deck is based on a single card, Gadgetzan Auctioneer. And It's been for like that since the release of Hearthstone beta. Miracle Rogue deck is fun to play but i want something that feels more "Rogue" like deck and competitive.
Meanwhile every other class had multiple archetypes of competitive decks since release of Hearthstone. Rogue just needs new archetype that feels more like Rogue, not based on Auctioneer.
Also as a WoW player, Rogue utilizing Spell Power to win never feels right. How can Rogue be the class that utilizes the spell power most next to Shaman, even though they don't have mana? Rip correlation
Maybe you forgot, but Ostkaka, 2015 World Champion, had Oil Rogue without Auctioneer in his decklist (Prep+Sprint was the draw engine). One of the hardests decks to play, so people usually don't remeber it.
If I'd take my two hundred games this season with malyrogue and two swashburglars, I would say that against druid I only got wild growth and innervate, because those are the cards that I remind the most. I don't think there are any kind of different drop rates according to card rarity or quality.
I never got even one duplicate that I've crafted. I got a lot of bad legendaries, triple chogall and triple anomalus, but not a single one to make me regret crafting something. If you think that every legendary gives you the same dust as ten normal packs (one rare and four commons) you'll be happier with every one of them, no matter if it's boogeymonster or sylvannas.
I don't think you're mad with this specific card, but with the game itself. HS was designed to be rng dependent, so tuskar is just one among several cards that relies on it.
To be honest, I don't think tuskar is overpowered. Actually I don't think any tgt cards is problematic. When you think about mad scientist, Dr boom, tuskar doesn't seem that strong.
Okay. Is it viable in Hunter though? Can it get you to legend or something close?
Every deck can get you to legend. Will it be easy? No! Will it be fast? Hell no! Will it be fun? That depends on how much you enjoy grinding with a almost no viable deck. But it can get you to legend.
I think he meant that if you have enough dust to craft and already have every top tier legendary, then you should craft.
I got I golden one from a pack, it's beautiful, but unfortunately I almost never play with it. You can try it with hunter, but I don't think hunter has enough spells to make it worth. And if you wanna play control hunter, you should play yogg n load.
I don't know what kind of decks are you facing right now, but you definitely should change some cards. As some other people said, you should replace geomancer and mind control, at least. If I were you, I would change mind control for another sp: pain; loot and geomancer for two wild pyro; and thoughtsteal for shifting shade. If you're facing control decks, I would also remove one beckoner for Elise, since she's a good finisher to use after playing c'thun. Hope you get better results =)

Why, just why???

We are better than paladins, at least. Too bad priest got the best out of MSG.

When a 4 mana 7/7 don't see play, a 4 mana 4 1/1's will definitely not see play. Ok card for arena, though.

They've just added a new class called Priest to the game with this expansion.

It was changed in the next to last patch. Not only innervate, but other cards too! I recommend you to check voidwalker, since he's really badass now!
