Anybody else keep having this stupid startup bug ?

I have to restart like 5 times if i want to play.

Tried everything. Multiple blizzard tickets, keep replying with the same generic solutions...

-delete cache / reinstall the game / reinstall windows / get tested for corona / vote for biden etc etc etc 

HELP

What cards they play for that ??
