It's funny for me how much hate, instead of criticism I read here xD
I'll just wait, because I want to see how this "Battle pass" might look like.
It's kinda trending "thing" lately - this "Battle Pass", but I never saw an interesting & worth buying in any game: will Blizz do the same, or they will "break the meta" & create Battle Pass, that even I will want to buy? I don't think so. but hey - it's Blizzard, nobody know what's in their mind :P
EDIT: I think i have to correct myself, because in last few years in LoL, at Worlds, they have presented something like "Battle Pass"? Or it was something more like "ticket"? Well - I bought few - one per year - & I think it was OK: I played it a lot, I play it a lot, so some reward for them from me.
In HS I bought 2, or 3 special packs, won 1 megabundle & when I wasn't regular Legend, or rank 5 player I have a lot of cards (but not all), I have a lot of dust (30k ready to use & 20k to disenchant) & I have a lot of fun.
MY problem is, that I was buying these pack mostly, because I saw awesome HS cinematic form Blizz... But lately... i don't know - there are good songs, & shorts, but... ButI wish i would see something epic like Hearthstone Animated Short: Hearth and Home or at least Hearthstone Animated Short: New Pack Day on June 13! ;_;

Probably any slow deck with healing/removal.
I guess best are Control Warrior, Priest and Paladin.
But then again if everyone is playing control decks because they expect everyone to play an aggressive Demon Hunter, it might even be best to play a midrange deck :P

Legend definitely is easier now. At least 5000 people are legend already after not even one week.

Just be happy they got rid of the 40 gold quests where you had to be really lucky to even get a 60 gold quest.

No.

Really exited for Demon Hunter.
Btw, it is already possible to get Demon Hunter's hero power using one of the Finleys.

I liked it more last expansion where you just had to buy packs.
It seems a bit dumb they're saying: 'With the introduction of the Tavern Pass ... players will no longer have to purchase card packs in order to unlock Battlegrounds Perks.' as if this is a good change for the players, but it really is not.
You need to pay pretty much the same amount of gold/money to get the Battlegrounds perks now as last expansion, but before you at least also got a lot of packs. Now you don't get anything aside from the perks, so this change is definitely for the worse.

I like this expansion exactly because it doesn't have any dumb way too powerful cards, like many expansions before.

I like this steady card reveal pace. It could be a bit slower, but it's a lot better than getting the expansion announcement with 15 new cards, and then silence for a month.

"If the face plays taunt"
"No no no"
"Me still go face!"
"yeah yeah yeah"
