I'm a bit curious exactly what about this new game mode isn't living up to your expectations. I mean, it's all out there. There's no bait and switch here. What the streamers are showing on Twitch is literally exactly what you get when you pay for early access. So, I don't get the blame here. It doesn't make sense, (and if I'm being completely frank, this thread makes you come across as incredibly whiny, making you look bad).
I can understand you not liking the game mode, but that's not the streamer's fault. The opposite in fact. I mean, they are literally showing you exactly what to expect, and what you get if you pay to unlock it. Based on that, everybody should have a pretty good idea as to whether they would end up liking the mode or not and whether it's worth paying money to unlock early. I'm having a hard time thinking of a better way to ensure people make informed purchasing decisions. It's not like you were tricked into it or anything.
I mean, I get the buyer's remorse to some extent. It turns out that it doesn't suit your playstyle. You thought it would but it doesn't. I get that. But that's not the streamer's fault and blaming them is pretty silly.

I'm really curious what the new game mode will be that comes during the next expansion cycle.

Please if you find somewhere where they explicitely said '2 years' then post it here. Expansion Cycle just meaning 4 months until the next expansion launches makes so much more sense.

It's only logical because now there's only half the time left that the perks stay active than if you bought it two months ago. Instead of 4 months you can now only enjoy your perks for 2 months. That's why the price halved.

We don’t have any indication there’ll be nerfs soon, do if you want to craft cards, do so.
But always make sure to sit on duplicate cards unless you want the dust (like you do now) and them only disenchant the bad to decent cards which will very likely never be nerfed. Keep all cards you need to think might be nerfed in the future.

I think I feel the same way, but it’s best to just let them be and don’t look at the chat if it’s like that.

But then no one will buy these class packs

I like the interesting card choices you got there, but why is this deck called Suicide Demon Hunter? It's not like you deal a lot of damage to yourself like some Warlock decks do.

you're not or what do you mean?

I wasn't talking about people's motivation to play top tier decks in casual, but about casual players. A lot of the more casual players don't have (m)any top tier decks and don't care much about their rank. They'd rather play casual and run into other people who don't have all the cards and run homebuilt decks too (and unlike us they actually face those people because of their low MMR). They don't want to be forced to play ranked to at least make somewhat of progress with their collection.
So by removing gold gain from casual, we will face less top tier decks in casual, but this comes at a cost: casual players will be taken away their biggest source of gold income in the game. They don't want to have to play ranked to earn gold, but they also don't want to be stuck with the same collection forever if they don't play ranked. They won't even earn gold for an occasional arena run anymore through casual.

Oh you're right lol, you won.
But the 'objectively worse play' he was talking about was not about the pictures you sent here, but about the trade you did the turn after.
He had a 1/5 and a 4/1 on the board. You had 2 4/2s and a 1/1. You traded one 4/2 and the 1/1 into his 5/1 and your other 4/2 into his 4/1, leaving you with only a 4/1 on the board. You should've traded both your 4/2s into his 1/5, and your 1/1 into his 4/1. The you would've still had two 4/1s on the board instead of just one. So it was an objectively worse play indeed.
