Since there are lesser GVG cards than classic, you automatically have a higher chance of getting a legendary/epic whenever you buy GVG packs as compared to legendaries, so if you buy a lotta GVG packs in one go, say 10-15, there's a very real chance you're gonna get 1-2 legendaries through them, or atleast a couple golden epics.
I don't think there is a higher chance of getting legendary cards, but there is only a bigger chance for getting one specific card because there are less other cards.
I mostly play handlock this season and I have enough dust to craft Lord Jaraxxus , but I'm not sure of crafting him, is he important enough to craft him?
