I am pretty amazed by the no. of "playable" vote. We should have learned our lesson from the fallacy of The Marsh Queen, that a card with good effect in demo won't necessarily be practical in real life...
If Blizzard truly wants to promote Wild to new players, price of standard packs and wild packs (in terms of both in-game gold and actual money) should be adjusted to a more affordable level. New players can hardly catch up with the standard collection, not to mention the Wild one.
Not to mention the coming new hunter 1-drop and the netural 1-drop you can put in, e.g. Argent Squire. The Marsh Queen is now absolutely a doable quest.
Besides, these 1 drop beasts should be enough to give Crackling Razormaw a consistent target to adapt. that CURVE man.
I guess Blizzard gets their idea from this MTG card, whereas if u play Ambush Commander in MTG and opponent has AOE, u basically lost all mana and lose the game
Insane card......Will be a auto include in all Elemental decks....It's a better Sunwalker...The problem with Sunwalker before was that turn 6 was usually to late but the fact you can get this out 2 turns earlier is a huge deal and for -2 mana you only lose 1/1 is stats which once again is better value than Sunwalker because 2 mana for +1/+1 is overpriced. This is defiantly power creep.
Good point! and now it may be clearer why Pyros is a legendary, since you get three elementals from one card enabling the elemental synergy to be triggered on and on
Only way Sherazin, Corpse Flower would be good is if it started out dead so you had a 29 card deck and got a free 5/3 during your edwin, questing or miracle turns. As it is, its trash. Flame Imp trades into it which is terrible for a 4 drop, especially one that is a legendary..
At first glance I thought Sherazin, Corpse Flower is a trash card too as 5/3 minion worths like 3.5 mana
but i foresee it will be very suitable or even staple for miracle rogue. since u will play it before ur miracle turn. Despite Conceal rotating out, its still doable for Rogue to have two to three miracle turn in one game. Even if u trigger it once, its 4 mana with two 5/3 which gives insane value already. It can be a sticky minion which encourages you plan ahead.
"We decided to put them primarily in Shaman and Mage"
Is anyone like me worrying that Shaman will find a way to use both elementals and jades in one deck and continue to make some OP decks? A few months ago ppl said jade shaman won't be a thing against midrange shaman. and here we are.
of cos this card is very inspiring as it enables some new combos and concepts for control deck. But whether this is playable still depends on how fast the meta is.In any case this is a two mana spell WITHOUT doing anything on board. In the current meta putting nothing on board in turn two is quite suicidal.
On the other hand Drakonid Operative gives u a 5/6 body which is very threatening on board, a way to discover a card and a tip of how your opponent's deck is. So i think this card is only playable but not as OP as Drakonid Operative.
stat-wise: 3/7 Taunt is bad. Look at Ancient of Blossoms. If you think this can make some good trade, think again in light of the spells we have now.
attack-wise: only good when you have a board of small minions which are less than 3/3 (which is doubtful that those small minions can survive up to turn six), bad for hand-buffed minions on board as the effects are wasted I believe. Only useful when u have some 1-drop which are not buffed. Neither is this really helpful to finja murloc decks. This will only see some play if the new sets provide more tools for paladin to summon small minions quickly.
defensive-wise: turning opponent's minions into three-health is obviously against Consecration. It's a board clear ONLY when u have equal amount of minions against ur opponent so that you can trade. Besides even if u use it against jade, they will just keep damn growing.
overall: paladin's biggest problem is weak early game with poor tempo play. As with Dinosize, it seems that mid/late game stat-manipulation is the theme of paladin in the new set, which simply and heavily loses to Pirates (which doesnt care what happens after turn 5/6), control decks (3-damage AOE is not uncommon for other classes) and Jade (which just goes on and on and on).

It takes two Dragonslayer to kill a Deathwing or Ysera. What an epic story until Anduin casts his fking Lesser Diamond Spellstone.

Asia server

Krul the Unshackled in 15 meanstreets packs (what...)
Twin Emperor in 15 WOTOG packs

Is this the weakest result?
3 mana 5/2
Deathrattle: Shuffle this minion into your opponent's deck.

Any Brawl but Heroic is a good brawl. At least we the non-streamer players can play and hv a free pack.

Lets make a quick count of 1-drop for hunter quest The Marsh Queen:
Alley Cat, Fiery Bat, Small Raptor, (and Weasel Tunneler and Timber Wolf if you count them viable in hunter)
Not to mention the coming new hunter 1-drop and the netural 1-drop you can put in, e.g. Argent Squire. The Marsh Queen is now absolutely a doable quest.

Absolutely value card. fair to say this card largely enables elemental decks. But once I realize that shaman will use it...
