Shaman is busted but Shaman being gone isn’t going to make full-in Drendologist Tree Druid any more playable.

this is the cheapest expansion of my life

just craft kronx and play gala shaman, no need to waste any dust in any other deck lol

I am playing Free to Play and can confirm you don't even NEED Gronx. The deck is still busted enough that most ppl just rage quit half way through lmao. But yah, this is the least fun I've had winning and definitely rivals Druids of Druidstone for being the worst post expansion meta ever.

Welp! It is VERY early to call it. But I feel pretty confident that Pirate Warrior is busted enough to make this expansion garbage until nerf.

The second best deck seems to be aggro burn Shaman.

posted a message on So with a fixed 10% win rate what decks should I play?

Always play the highest WR on HSreplay. The highest deck is generally the deck that is the strongest AND THE EASIEST TO PLAY.

I'm pretty sure HSreplay stats are all ranks combined so the Highest winrate deck is heavily influenced by what deck bad players get lucky wins of off most often.

right now it is Murloc Shaman which seems right to me. You can literally just match the number to your mana go all face, play Bloodlust when draw it and you will have well over a 10% WR I can't promise you will break 50% but you'll come closer than you have any right to anyway.

Holy Wrath in Holy Wrath Paladin just now...funny thing tho

When you play Shrivallah, Banker with no cards your opponent just concedes...now I kinda wanna see how many games I can win off my opponents assumptions that I'm not a total moron.

Blizzard doesn’t understand Twitch. LoL. Twitch chaters can’t  find HK or probably China on a map. They just wanna meme they don’t actually give a fuck. If you let them burn themselves in this meme. Within a week they will spam a new meme anyway.

Hearthstone can't balance their game worth crap. They show this time and time again. Let's release tons of interesting cards every expansion but only 3% of them will actually work. Proceed to play the same 3 or 4 decks like mindless robots. If they would be more like League of Legends and do patches every 2 week to adjust what is currently too strong or too weak it would be a better game. But there's no reason to do that. You automotons play the broken decks that work like good little sheep so nothing ever changes.

^ That guy who hateplays HS cus he loses most his games cus he is too original, cool, and brilliant to play anything that looks close to a netdeck.

note: I'm totally cool with ppl playing their own original meme decks and having fun if they are self-aware. Your experience does not represent the game of HS you are putting unrealistic expectations on the game (that every idiot can throw 30 cards together and succeed without the effort of playing and refining that deck over 100s of games). In the LoL analogy. You play one of the premade characters until you get good enough at them to succeed. You can customize at the edges (Runes/Items) HS is similar. You start with a Netdeck, and you customize at the edges, swap this low WR card with something you think is interesting. I hit Legend with a Magic Carpet in my Quest Shaman for exp. In LoL if you yell "IM NOT A ROBOT!" play a Mid as Jungle, randomize your Items/Runes and LVL 1 solo Drag your gona have a bad time there too.

Meta is in a good spot in representation.

Quest Druid, Highlander Hunter, Highlander Pally, Combo/Rez Priest, Tempo Rogue, Quest/Murloc/Overload Shaman, Zoo Warlock, N'Zoth/Control Warrior are all playable at the highest ranks. Only Mage is odd man out. Funny low rank players think Flamewaker is OMG OP!!! BLIZZ PLZ!!! but is has a 44% WR which is....real bad....

Meta has some sameness/WTF RNG! problems

All N'Zoth decks feel pretty samey to play against, but I imagine N'Zoth Rogues, and  N'Zoth Locs will get bored of losing eventually and go away

Hare + Evolve turn 4 feels toxic AF. Combo Priest with nut draw still feels toxic AF. Flamewaker Mage nut draw is toxic, but that deck will die unless it's WR improves dramatically.

For the most part I think the meta is in a pretty good spot.

posted a message on Quest Shaman Adjustments

I hit Legend with Quest Shaman last month. My build was the same as yours -Hagatha, -Stormbringer. +Questing Explorer, +Magic Carpet

I watch a lot of streams there is 100% conses cutting Questing Explorer is noob trap. If you don't look at data it feels like River Croc. If you look at data it actually is highest winrate card in every quest deck except druid. run 2.

Rabbits and Evolve is absolutely broken, but it does make the deck more high roll. I haven't played too much of the newer versions, but I don't think you are insane for not playing playing Rabbits/Evovle, but maybe. It is REALLY BROKEN

If you are looking to cut focus on your top end. You want to hit a 2-mana button every turn so you do not want so many high mana cost cards.

The easiest cut is Stormbringer. It does not say Battlecry on it. You often get one from Ethereal Lackey anyway. Although even there. I think if you run a more highroll version without Hagatha, or Gigglings I think Strombringer might be ok. Hare + Stormbringer is pretty good, esp if you can set up 5 Hare the turn before. Though, this would be a very CHEESE version of Shaman.

Cutting Barista also makes me sad. She just wants to serve you coffee. Coffee is good.

I was playing Tempo Mage and a Rogue played this against me after getting from Dumb Cat.

It was a very happy day.

I is cool to have in the Evolve Pool cards like this, makes games take memorable turns.

I can't see this ever being competitively viable. Reborn Pally wouldn't even look twice at it.
