    I can semi-confirm this. This morning (europe server), I farmed Lord Banehollow normal (Felwood L28) roughly 30 times, the stranger appeared 15 times, this is ~ 50 %.
    Just now I farmed the same bounty 15 times and the stranger only appeared 4 times.
    My guess is they stealth-nerfed the appearance from 50 to 33 or even 25 %.
    Anyone has more data to support this ?
