Just when i thought i would never see fucking Coldlight Oracle ever again, here come Forlorn Lovers.
My favorite artwork in this entire game has to belong to a boss playing the stupidest deck i have ever seen. Masterful.

    JUST MASTERFUL.
That should be enough salt for the day. Peace out

posted a message on What separates pro streamers for their success?

As for the players, mostly Anticipation, knowing when to trade and when to face, setting up multiple-turn lethal, etc. I am horrible at these, which is why i dwell in rank 15, sometimes 10 on a good month. As for streamers, my first guess is knowing certain timetables. Look at Thijs. He gets a huge percentage of views because the other channels online at that time (speaking of bigger ones) are Russian and some Asian ones, so he gets a lot of EU views due to hitting Prime Time (Twitch Prime pun not intended).

There is also the factor of which deck you play, how you entertain your chat and generally how fresh you can make the stream, and how helpful you are towards lower-ranked players (i.e. Thijs reviews every deck sent to him by his donations), how often, and how good, are you doing play-by-play commentary (especially relevant for Arena-focused channels, this is why everything i know about arena comes from Kripp, even though i haven't watched any of his streams ever due to time zones (YouTube MVP)).

Now, i wrote all this thinking the question is about how successful their Twitch channels are, instead of how successful they are as players, but i hope i helped. :D

posted a message on Shudderwock - A constructive fix thread

Changing Lifedrinker will only result in people switching to Nightblade. My suggestion would be an adjustment to Murmuring Elemental, by making its effect a deathrattle, or, if the card is to be utterly destroyed, it would probably read "The first battlecry during your turn triggers twice", or something.

    However, i could be wrong.

posted a message on Will we disenchant C'thun once he arrives in wild ?

Actually, i believe we should, and will, be able to disenchant C'Thun.
Before the game was split into Standard and Wild, we had the possibility to collect specific cards and we would be rewarded with Old Murk-Eye and Captain's Parrot.

After the split, the two cards were moved to wild and the quest was no longer available, so we had to craft the two cards instead, because new players would then not be able to acquire them for free, because the quest is not available, and there would be no other means to do so.

As we remember, C'Thun, alongside Beckoner of Evil, were given to us for free upon release of Whispers of the Old Gods. To my understanding of reddit posts on this subject, i quote a member whose name i am too lazy to dig up right now:

"New players will no longer be given a free C'Thun due to him rotating to the wild format".

Someone correct me if i am wrong. Please do so, in fact, as i too wish to get rid of him as fast as i can.

I am really getting a Diablo 2 vibe out of this card. The name, the text it has...

Looking forward to checking out her flavor text and on-play voice line to further check up on my little theory.

    Your answer is correct!
EDIT: That's an awesome signature. It changed my perspective of Warriors as a whole.

posted a message on [POLL] The most hated card in Hearthstone history

#5 - Tunnel Trogg, for obvious reasons. Holy Jesus, that card still gives me the creeps.[/card]

#4 - Yogg-Saron, Hope's End. During my limited time of owning this card, every time i'd use it, it would cast Doom in the first 3-4 spells, while my opponent would get double Call of the Wild. After he got nerfed, all my disappointment was refunded.

#3 - The Caverns Below. Oh my bloody lord... Once RNG sets its roots before the game even starts (Mulligan), it's over. Big priest can still be defeated even after a good Barnes, but the only way i would end up beating quest rogues was playing Face Hunter or them getting bad draws.

#2 - Ice Block. Mage quest reward before he got the quest. And he could have two. Now i have a golden pair and i will happily say goodbye to both of them. Most obvious secret ever, and you know you can't do anything about it and that is one of the worst things i ever felt in this game, except for the dumbest card ever, wait for it....

#1 - Kingsbane!!!!!!!! This is the most infuriating, uninspired, blatantly over-powered and virtually uncounterable (except with countless weapon removal and praying my opponent can't draw it back) spawn of hell i have ever played against. The very mention of this card gives me flashbacks of the times when Hearthstone manages to influence my life directly by making me angry all day (this is my fault and not the card's, but you know what i mean. Also, all the anger would leave if this card would leave the game ^^).

EDIT: My opinion on Kingsbane, as well as any other card, does not reflect the opinion of the entire HS community. My limited skillset makes me lose to Kingsbane quite often, whether or not the card is actually op or not.

This actually took me longer than i am willing to admit, and i did not include Death Coil, not sure if the rules state anything about uncollectibles.

Assuming the skull is not attached to a body - Flesheating Ghoul.

Card that gets better as minions die.

EDIT: Never mind, the skull is on the ground, but only on the full art. In that case, i'll have to go with Skull of the Man'ari.

Card that summons a demon from your hand.

Yes, it only contains a few WW cards, but the expansion seems to be the worst one ever in my eyes, so bear with me on that one.
