Guys I read your comments and seems that a lot of you could have miss to read the interview link with Iksar. I'm gonna edit the post to make the link more easy to spot.
Currently, I'm only missing 35 cards from the TGT set. I'm a collector. Uhhh, TGT is getting rotated out next year during the first expansion, but here's the thing. I've been getting screwed over for like 2 weeks now. Most of the packs I'm opening for TGT has been 40 dusts or if I'm lucky, only 20-35 dusts.
Should I continue opening TGT packs or save up for the next couple weeks for Gadgetzan?
Thank you :)
If you this only for collecting purposes keep buy tgt, once the set rotate out you can't buy packs of this set anymore.
so I know there's been speculation about red mana being a thing in this expansion as blizzard has eluded as such in subtle promotions.. And on the gadgetzan website, the second to last card is of a character fleeing with what seems to be stolen red mana crystals. It's going to be revealed by "Cristal de mana" as well. Where I figured it would be a jade lotus mechanic primarily due to shaman, rogue, and Druid already having mechanics to manipulate mana, could this card interact with it as well? Perhaps it's like a secret eater of red mana?
This week will be revealed only cards from the Cabal faction.
Well first of all let me start by saying that i know that the rotation will happen in 2017, so we have around 4 months after MSG release to enjoy Kabal-Reno decks, but this quote for the cabal post kind of worries me.
"We are at our STRONGEST when our decks only have a SINGLE COPY of each card! We of the Kabal embrace power NO MATTER THE PRICE!"
becuase everyone knows highlander decks are super inconsistent, even the current iterations of Renodecks are pretty much..not that good, and with Reno , which is the deck's glue, leaving standard, i kind of don't see potential if the Kabal cards just get minor advantages for the massive price in inconsistency.
and yes i do think Kazakus is terrible without Reno.
Seems pretty sure that Blizzard will support the "one of" archetype in the future.
the eye is close to this dragon but the dragon is not related to the criminal thingy theme of expansion.
I supposed this because of 2 things: first Disguised Toast tell "The card is associated with the Jade Lotus in Lore"; second because he likes to play with words and in the tweet with the hint he wrote "SNEEK peek", so eventually that sneek could be an hint because usually the celestial are described as similar to SNAKEs and dragons also if they aren't either of those. But is pure supposition, and the fact that Yu'lon is represented everywhere with white lighted eyes make me doubt a lot.
And this is what he said on reddit: "Hey guys, Toast here.Glad everyone is excited about the card but just thought I'd clear some things up that I'm seeing in the comments. The card is associated with the Jade Lotus in Lore. Similar to how Dirty Rat is considered part of the Grimy Goons. Not sure what Blizzard has in-store with their other reveals/schedule - just didn't want to mislead everyone with the Jade Lotus reference."
I really like the effect, I suppose only for the fact that is something new in HS, but his is totally personal because I like new things more than not.
The card seems unplayable because it's really slow; unless a really well tailored control Hunter, but who am I kidding?
So ,for the Hunter class, seems that the +x/x cards find their best usage in the late game because of the average small hand size and the chance to keep some cards to get buffed. And honestly, already per se, this feels too weak; Knuckles it's a 5 mana 5/7 top relying on RNG. **break** ---> Honestly the more I think on how you have to execute this gameplan the more deep downsides I find. There are really a lot of "if" to play this card and also if you get those "if" 95% of the time you still behind a lot after you play it. Obviously considering only the current cards and the current released cards.
We know that kabal use potions spells (lot of 1 mana it seems). We know that grimy goon use hand buff minion cards. But what for jade lotus?
I mean, rogue, druid and shaman are the 3 class clan. 0 shaman card, few rogue and druid. We don't have the mechanic from the tri-class card like kazakus confirm potions and grimestreet smuggler confirm +1/+1 to the hand.
We just have 2 stealth minions, some token and crystal boost :/
So what? Maybe I missed a clue ? Or maybe not special mechanic for jade lotus? :(
For logic ninjas are tricky or better use tricks to get advantage of the opponent, so probably stealth and mana curve cheat make sense; this are alresy in the game and also in some of the cards revealed as you said. Let's hope team 5 created something new. I'm thinking about something that is usable (balanced) among the 3 classes but honestly I can't imagine.

I really like what I seen so far. Despite the fact that the expansion still miss many cards, this is already my favourite set.

In this http://www.hearthhead.com/news/iksar-patches-deck-is-maybe-the-single-hardest-deck-to-play Iksar, HS game designer. explain how he like the new deck builded around Patches the Pirate because of the difficulty to recognize the correct play to do. For who don't know Iksar is one of the first players, if not the first, who was hired by Blizzard;he was a legend player back in the beta days.

Yup a Pandaren was my first guess too and seems a pretty realist guess.

Seems like Disguised Toast is gonna
reveal a Legendarydo EDIT: a "Legendary" card reveal linked to the Jade family, today on stream https://twitter.com/DisguisedToast/status/797839514555346945 .And this is what he said on reddit: "Hey guys, Toast here.Glad everyone is excited about the card but just thought I'd clear some things up that I'm seeing in the comments. The card is associated with the Jade Lotus in Lore. Here's a picture hint of the card: https://twitter.com/DisguisedToast/status/797859443094470656
EDIT: When I first posted this there was a misunderstanding leading to believe that the card he would reveal was THE Jade Legendary.
EDIT 2: Given the taste of Disguised Toast to play with words, don't expect that the card will be necessarily a LEGENDARY.
EDIT 3: The stream will begin 9PM GMT / 10 PM CET
My guess: Yu'lon
