What he means is, is this technically a roundabout way to buff your C'Thun without using C'Thun cards. The issue here is, it's a temporary buff, though. So if you play your Doomcaller to bring it back, it doesn't get those temporary stat buffs back, I don't think. Stat buffs from C'Thun minions are permanent.
But now I could STILL play double upgrade and wind up with a 12/6 Gorehowl. Assuming I'm armored up, there's not much aside from Ooze/Harrison that could stop this.
That Warrior card is bordering on broken. There's a scenario where I could Grimestreet Pawnbroker on Turn 3 and then play Brann + Grimestreet Pawnbroker on Turn 6 and wind up with a 10/4 Gorehowl. That's just... no.
What's interesting about Grimestreet Outfitter is that he makes Steward of Darkshire ineffectual. All those 1 health minions in your hand suddenly become 2 health minions and won't trigger the effect anymore.

Doesn't really do much good if that stat boost goes away before you play Anyfin.

Could maybe work in Reno Deathrattle decks. Swapping for anything with a Battlecry isn't really feasible.
