When people were comboing Brann, it was usually just doubling a single battlecry that turn. This does the same thing for less. Of course, it has no residual danger afterwards like Brann did, but at least it synergizes with elementals.
I have to believe this card originally read summon 2 animal companions and 3 if your deck has no minions. And then someone incompetent typo'd the numbers when they were coding the card and Brode just left it because he thought we'd find it hilarious.
If that's what really happened, then the guy who did this is the only competent member of their team and just saved the game.
Are you seriously complaining that you didn't get a 6 mana call of the wild? Even in a deck with 28 Hunter's Mark this is broken af
Do you know how effective such a deck would even be? It would need cards like this.

People are going bonkers over this, but how exactly are you going to get it back from your deck after throwing 3 buffs on it? Do you expect to consistently draw it? Count again how many cards you actually see over the course of a game normally and do the math.
And you have to even draw it for the first time. How often does Kelaseth Rogue get him by turn 2? And you expect this to show up every game for you to buff, THEN show up again and again after being shuffled back in?
This is a mirage of power. 70% of the time you will never see it again after the first time it's destroyed. Card is awful.
Are people really suggesting this is "weaker" than Ice Block? Holy crap, my head.
Here's an extremely common situation. Your opponent has a 5 attack minion, a 4 attack minion, a 3 attack minion, and a 1 damage hero power. You have 10 life.
Ice Block: Opponent hits you to one life, then pops ice block. You're at one life.
This card: Opponent hits you with the 5 attack minion, or potentially the 3 attack one to play around Sudden Betrayal. This triggers. You're at 5 or 7 life.
Saying "They can just ping you and the secret is wasted!" is completely missing the point. They have 13 damage on the board, if they ping you for 1 the secret is not wasted - they lost 12 damage. In this case, this secret, at 1 mana less than Iceblock, saved you from more damage.
This is an absolutely amazing card and you do not understand this game if you think otherwise.
If you are playing as rogue and opponent has 13 damage on board plus an obvious amount from hand and it is his turn, you are doing something wrong anyway.
Maybe you're setting up a combo finisher. Maybe you're just about to hit your Miracle phase. Tempo Rogue is not the only deck in existance.
9. Card produced by Simulacrum (not sure on this, the card in your deck didn't begin in your deck or did it? Need to know how it works with a generated card that also had copies in your deck to begin with)

It's not just a ghetto iceblock, but you can use it just to prevent a huge chunk of damage on any turn. Mill Rogue can use these to let the opponent load up the board for a big vanish.
Unlike the Paladin version, all of these effects seem pretty decent, except the one that just gains more armor. I mean, that's a lot of armor, but for 6 mana?

Well it's certainly interesting.

This is....the worst card in the game.

An extra 2/4 on top of Ysera......maybe? But then you lose Ysera's card.
This is pretty weak.

Let's think of all the things that are going to be reduced by this card.
1. Spell from Babbling Book
2. Spell from Shimmering Tempest
3. 2nd and 3rd Incarnation of Pyros (not sure here, but those 2nd and 3rd versions didn't start in your deck!)
4. Spell from Primordial Glyph
5. Creature from Unstable Portal
6. The 1/2 Flame Elementals produced by numerous cards
7. Spell from Spellslinger
8. Card from Kabal Courier
9. Card produced by Simulacrum (not sure on this, the card in your deck didn't begin in your deck or did it? Need to know how it works with a generated card that also had copies in your deck to begin with)
10. Cards procured from Frozen Clone
11. Cards procured from Duplicate (maybe, see number 9)
12. Kazakus potions
13. Kabal Chemist potions
14. Mirror Image from Ghastly Conjurer
15. Cards from Echo of Medivh (Maybe, see 9)
16. Spell from Ethereal Conjurer
17. Spells from Cabalist's Tome
18. Fireballs from Archmage Antonidas (maybe, see 9)
19. Creatures produced by Sindragosa
20. Arcane Missiles produced by Rhonin
That's just the Mage cards. Let's not forget any other crap you can discover from other cards like Stonehill Defender
And it has on-curve stats. This could be the most powerful card they've ever printed for Mage.

God, more idiotic Casino Mage and Exodia Mage support.

I hate these really weak minions with "powerful" battlecries. They screw over stuff like evolve and things that summon random minions.
Battlecry isn't even that good.

I am sick of this casino mage garbage. Stop it.
STOP IT. Stop injecting RNG into this game.
