Holy shit this was the worst pack opening regarding the legendary ratio EVER for me. I mean I got an epic card around every 4th pack, which is kinda average, but daaaaamn what the heck.

I opened 150 packs and got only 4 legendaries.

1st: 7th pack
2nd: 38th pack after first one
3rd: 37th pack after second one
4th: 37th pack after third one

Now I'm at my 31st pack after the 4th one and still no legendary.

It literally can't be much worse, this is beyond disappointing and just plain and ridiculous bad luck.

Never have I ever been so unlucky in this clown fiesta game. At least I got a golden legendary in my five golden packs, but it was the Hunter weapon, sigh.

Maybe I rigged my game when I crafted the four new old gods in golden before opening my packs, but honestly if anything I thought it would improve the result.

Did anyone else have even worse luck? Maybe triple max. pity timer at 39th pack? This feels even worse now after the introduction of the awful battlepass...

Rip my money.

EDIT: Got my 5th legendary 32nd packs after the fourth one. Now I'm at my 30th pack after the fifth one... Used up all my gold so this is it. Holy shit not even one legendary within 30 packs, this is DISGUSTING. So frustrated and disappointed right now, never came anything close to this catastrophe of a pack opening.

Yes an official source would be awesome, as I didn't find anything related to this.

Another question from my side: Let's say you have 2 quests active when the patch hits later this day, are they converted into new ones fitting the battle pass or what exactly is happening with these?

Is it recommended to finish your remaining quests to get that last gold?

I can totally relate OP. I let hs streams run in my background for 6 days now, nearly nonstop. the last 3 days also at night.

Nothing. 

Same goes for my girlfriend, so yeah this feels really awkward and they should have approached this whole thing in another way. Maybe increase the amount of given early accesses daily until duels goes live. And of course don't let someone get multiple early access drops, I mean how dumb is that?

It's just another event where Blizzard didn't fully think through the whole thing and how to improve the experience for the customers/players.

I know the first and most important aspect for them is to generate money and get those pre orders in, but man it just feels bad all around.

Played against a Mage who discovered around 10-14 cards, lost count at some point. Then played some guy who also discovered around 8 cards which won him the game.

Then I'm playing against Priest who's deck is completely insane with nonstop late game drops (off topic I know, but what is a Hearthpwn post without a salty line, right?).

I'm a fairly experienced player, multiple times legend (best top 70), multiple 12 win arena runs, playing for around 5-6 years now with some breaks, so yes I'm not a noob and I know what I'm doing. :P

Dual class arena was fun last year, but this year all the discover effects, which are already annoying in the usual arena format, have gotten completely out of hand. Nearly every deck has at least 6-8 of it, and they are able to discover far too powerful cards which can turn the tide single-handedly.

I know Hearthstone has become a full RNG clown fiesta over the years, but it's gotten to the point where the fun is hard to get if you don't draft like a hyper lucky mothertrucker. Of course it's way worse with dual class arena at the moment, but even the normal arena format has gotten so bad with all these random discover effects.

Outplaying your opponent doesn't mean anything anymore, they can turn the tide anyway with some lil' lackey or low cost spell.

Either they should decrease the offering rate of all discover cards or just ban them completely in arena (full ban seems of course a bit harsh, then it might get too boring):.

As a side fact, I completely agree with another post in the forums, regarding some minions which should also be banned from arena, Winged Guardian and Twin Tyrant. Way too swingy and just OP in arena.

To round it up, don't get me wrong, I really like discover effects, they can make every game feel unique, but it's gotten to the point where these cards decide too many games. This just shouldn't be the case in Hearthstone.

Hm, weird. Just wanted to use a character in Dalaran Heist solo adventure mode, but it didn't matter what I picked. After picking. in the next screen I always got Rakanishu as my chosen char. This can't only be me right? Seems like a really annoying bug.

Holy moly, the nerf to 9 mana is no joke. Makes it much less of a comeback card, two turns later to save your match or seal the deal. But I guess a reasonable nerf.

And regarding Evocation, well, they really just don't want to nerf our little girl Sorceress Apprentice. :D

Do you know that "hate" is a pretty strong word? Don't know where you read that I'm hating anything, also ignoring the fact that I'm pointing out the awful event ALONG the behaviour of Blizzard. You might just be trolling, who knows. If you would read the whole thread you would know that I'm also just eager to know what's up with that bundle I am being offered, especially with under that not really fitting name.

A lof of players are free to play and regarding this I'm just worried about what's to come with the introduction of the Battlepass. To be crystal clear, I absolutely don't think bundles are a problem, without them this game would be way too expensive. But looking at the current event and comparing it to the ones in the past I just have a bad feeling regarding the next events and upcoming content. I just hope Blizzard doesn't get too lazy and is working on creating new awesome and fresh experiences.

Had a nice win streak on Legend ranks in WIld with Darkglare Warlock. Can't remember exactly, but it was something between 9 and 12 at the ranks 600 to 70.

Ok maybe some of you guys are not reading attentively, but I clearly stated that I'm not a new player and I already bought the Welcome Bundle years ago. The Welcome Bundle is still shown in the shop for me, 4.99 for 10 classic packs and a random classic legendary, but as Scorpyon said, it of course states that I already own this product.

But I've never seen or even heard of the Welcome Bundle this post is about, including 40 packs of 4 sets of the current Standard rotation (excl. current exp.) for this price.

Moreover, I'm not a returning player. To be clear, I am a pretty active player, hitting Legend in Wild this and the past two months (currently Top 200) and also hitting Legend in Standard some months ago (not the first time). I've never really been on a long hiatus from this game.

Obviously I'm not complaining about the bundle itself, great value for this low price, but it just doesn't feel good when there's an "event" which offered nothing but a really small solo experience and 1 pack, along with three bundles in a row. Seems lazy from Blizzard's side and I'm honestly worried regarding the introduction of the Battlepass.

So, if anyone is telling me he bought this exact bundle "years ago", he's either trolling or not looking at my screenshot and the sets included. Still interested in seeing if anyone else got this bundle offered right now.

You're fine with them being available at regular price all the time, but when they bundle packs at a reduced price, it's a problem... Right.

 It's not about bundles itself, it's about the current behaviour of Blizzard, especially after this terrible and awful event. Of course bundles are not bad, I only buy packs through bundles and preorders, but it seems kinda lazy right now. Just throwing bundles at us instead of giving us a great event with amazing new features and/or quests, or at least a free entry for the heroic brawliseum...

And for real now, you bought THIS EXACT bundle "ages ago"? This implies that sometimes some people get special bundles and others not? Never heard of that kind of behaviour from Blizzard in Hearthstone, would kinda shock me. As I said, I've always picked up every possible bundle and I don't remember this one. Maybe there has been a similar offer, but not this exact one.

And why was it not listed in my Battle.net shop, this just doesn't make sense for a Welcome Bundle.

Would be nice to know if others had/have this offer ingame.
