Okay, so now we have spell hunter and minion mage. This is Hearthstone. Expect everything.

Spiderwilliam13 posted a message on Celestial EmissaryPosted in: Celestial EmissaryOoh! This is the kind of spell damage synergy I want to see for Mage. It doesn't require you to play an awkwardly statted minion and it's cheap enough to combo into a bunch of smaller spells to make it easier to take out bigger targets. Arcane Missiles and Frostbolt become more powerful and reliable and Blizzard turns into a freezingFlamestrike. This is a really useful card.

It seems strange, I agree. But it's probably not about milling cards, but drawing them instead. They appear to already have some card ideas that would be broken with it. We will see.

I don't think so. This deck is pretty well versed against controls, be it Razakus, Cube or even Midrangey like Spiteful. Mill also destroy combo decks. DK could help against aggro if the game went long enough so she could be played. There are very few matches where duplicating buffs is really necessary to win. Usually she is just win-more.

lol, in this deck corridor creeper is still a 5/5.
Seriously now, Creeper and Patches will probably serve no role in this deck after nerf. In that case, Stonetusk Boar could be used as both the 1-drop charge and Curator's beast. With that in mind, Bluegill Warrior would be kind of redundant, and maybe Coldlight Oracle could fit in the murloc slot. He's really useful in combo-ish decks.

But really, Cult Sorcerrer was played in a ton of championships in burn decks without C'Thun

Against Frost Lich Jaina I have found that it's useful to save DK for the right time, when you can vanish/sap/flurry for enough consecutive turns without getting frozen and guarentee lethal

I stopped playing ranked at Season 8, but wanted to come back this season, so I picked up my hunter deck and started. At turn 2, my Webspinner turned up in a Malorne upon death.
That was awesome, he wasn't quite expecting it! He only silenced it at his second appearence at play, right after that I could make it a 11/9 with Houndmasterand finish the game.
I quite liked the card at action, it's very cost effective.
