Wouldn't the original still have the effect? To revive himself as long has he heals your hero for the right amount? You are right about the clone not being able to have the same effect.
So you play Lucentbark, then Deranged Doctor and later Recurring Villain. They die in the order they are played. Then you play Undatakah. The Undatakah gains the deathrattle: Go dormant. Restore 5 health for this to awaken. Restore 8 health to your hero. If this minion has 4 or more attack, re summon it.
And If you have Lucentbark dormant, every time Undatakah dies, he brings a clone and revives 4/8 Taunt.
Play Lucentbark, play Deranged Doctor and then play recurring villain. When you play Undatakah later in the game, Undatakah gains this deathrattle: Go dormant. Restore 5 health to awaken this minion. Restore 8 health to your hero. If this minion has 4 or more attack, resummon it.
So if played in this order, every time Undatakah dies, he comes back to life, heals your hero and brings an clone of himself with him. And if Lucentbark is dormant while he dies the first time, he brings an 4/8 Taunt with him.
Could this be viable or not? I could use some opinions.

Here is a crazy interaction with him that could make him difficult to deal with (If you are not a Priest with mass dispel).
So Have Lucentbark on the field, you play Undatakah, give him the deathrattle of Lucentbark, Deranged doctor and 1 other card.
Lucentbark goes dormant, Undatakah dies and Undatakah also goes dormant. Hero gets healed for 5 or more, Lucentbark and Undatakah comes back. Lucentbark and Undatakah becomes zombies as long as Undatakah dies while Lucentbark goes dormant and hero can be healed by 5 or more. Opponent must silence or win the game.
Im not sure if Undatakah is random or if he goes by play order, and i wonder what would be the 3rd card in this chain for best effect.
Did some thinking thinking, there i a way for Undatakah to shine in the deck. If you could make sure the Undatakah gained the deathrattles of Lucentbark, Deranged Doctor and maybe Thanos, the interaction could make Undatakah invinceble if not silenced or transformed. So the dream scenario would be the Deathrattles triggering in the right order like this:
Undatakah dies, goes dormant, Deranged Doctor heals hero for five or more, Undatakah comes back by himself.
Could this work reliably is the Question? And would it be effective?
Hi, can't see him working here. This deck has only 2 Deathrattle cards, and he looks like a win more card for this deck. The deck needs to be more build around him to work properly. Thanks anyway.

Here is a deck i made around her:

Thanks for the replay btw.

Just something i came up with.

Here comes a deck i think could shine if a lot of aggro will be around.

Here is a fun deck centered around Mana Cyclone:

Here is the Undatakah version:
So the combo i came up with goes like this:
Play Lucentbark, play Deranged Doctor and then play recurring villain. When you play Undatakah later in the game, Undatakah gains this deathrattle: Go dormant. Restore 5 health to awaken this minion. Restore 8 health to your hero. If this minion has 4 or more attack, resummon it.

Heal druid version 1.0
Currently thinking about a version that uses Undatakah.

Edit: I just found the perfect card for the chain: https://www.hearthpwn.com/cards/90663-recurring-villain
So if this works like i think it does.

Totally forgot about that, could work, maybe a swipe or silence effect could be useful. I like your suggestion.

I made a deck around, and think he could be quite good.
