    So, what would happen if there are only 2 minions left in the deck, and both are Beast? As it says "if all 3 are beasts", would it break that condition by them being only 2?

    If not the case, then running only 3 beasts could work well, if those are the only beasts you need for some particular reason.

    If it is indeed the case, then running more than 3 beasts could be a good idea, just in case you draw some of them, to still fulfill the "all 3 are beasts" condition.

    The effect seems pretty cool to produce some kind of Windfury or Rush effect.

    It could trigger effects like "whenever this attacks", like Sand Worm, and in some cases, Overkill effects like Oondasta, allowing you to trigger it's Overkill twice in a turn. Also, it could slam a Poisonous beast into some other minion.

    Anyway, all these cool aplications are pretty specific and ideal, but given how generic it is in a Hunter's context in which beasts plague your sight, it could allow for some random trades and to get rid of important targets in cases in which a non-Rush Beast could help if it had "random Rush".

    What he means about the battlecry, is the fact that the keyword "Battlecry" in itself means that something happens when a card is directly played. Whenever a minion is summoned but not played, or a weapon is equiped by another means other than being played from your hand, the battlecries don't trigger.

    In this case, the weapon is being equipped by the hero card, so the Battlecry won't ever trigger, unless you get a copy of it and play it for the 10 mana the weapon costs.

    It is due to Tess now being part of your opponent's deck. It happened to me once with Yogg. If Yogg decides to play Treachery, and change sides, he will end casting spells in favor of the other side.

    If you don't want the "play different class cards" part to totally die when encountering a Rogue, you could run one or two Witch's Cauldron, just to get at least some cards to fuel Tessa and the Cutlass a little bit.

    Because of the chance of getting it from a pack, and the dust cost to craft it in case you don’t get it. As said before, it is a simple card that would be played on every Rush deck, so not having it makes a Rush deck feel incomplete.

    The Marsh Queen does work with discounted minions that drop to 1 mana, like Corridor Creeper or any discounted card really, so the wording really doesn’t mean anything special between the two cases.

    With Tol’vir Warden, well, minions in your deck, at least for now, always keep their mana cost unchanged, so I can’t really say if the wording on that case will cause any special interactions at some point with new cards.

    Sorry but it doesn't make any sense to me. I do get that some DKs are insane powerhouses that carry the whole game over their shoulders like it was nothing, but to try to make specifically Dirty Rat some kind of unreliable kind of "counter" to them, makes no sense.

    If you want some counter to DKs you should design a new card that "counters" them in an indirect way, and also, nothing too strong of a counter, as it would be a staple to all decks. The most direct way to counter DKs is to counter their Hero Power, but not to just make them dissapear with a Dirty Rat 1 out of 100 times you play one.
