Thats pretty hard. I agree that you could remove 1xMad Scientist for one of them. The other must be a card in the top half of the mana cost to get a smooth curve. I would say that you could remove one Sludge Belcher, Savannah Highmane or if there isn't anything else to do, Sylvanas Windrunner for the other card.
No, not really. When you build a deck you have to think through what kind of deck you want and what minions would fit that playstyle. This deck is a midrange deck, so you would want a balance between high value early game aggressive minions, effective removal tools and high impacting late game drops. Sylvanas Windrunner fit into the last category. Baron Rivendare on the other hand is a combo card. He only works in specific combos, and since there aren't any game winning combos in this deck that he could be a part of, there really isn't any point in including it. I would rather suggest another high impacting card that forces the enemy to make a bad trade to get rid of it. Emperor Thaurissan, Cairne Bloodhoof, Sneed's Old Shredder or Piloted Sky Golem are card that could fill Sylvanas Windrunner spot much better then Baron Rivendare could.
Anything is can be played to a decent win rate on low latter, but you usually want an aggresive deck in order to rank up fast. Even though there are more aggresive mage/hunter/warlock decks, I belive that this deck could easily gain you a decent amount of wins on low ladder.
85% winrate from rank 5-legend? Well, you can not be playing on the EU server, because you would never have a streak of so many easy games in a row. Now I am not saying that you didn't get 85% winrate, but any winrate over 65-70% are insane! I mean I have had a 90% winrate, but that is only possible on low ranks under 15. This deck is way to inconsistent to have a winrate this high. I have seen a lot of mech decks in this game, and the thing is that all of them are aggro decks. The curve on this deck is to high for it to have a consistent winrate of over 60%, and no deck can have a consistent winrate of over 75-80%, no matter how good it is. So to everyone watching this deck, you are not going to get a winrate anywhere close to 85% without a great amount of luck. I like the idea and originality of this deck, but 85% is just way to unlikely, no matter how good you are.
Just Amaz things. He calles Murloc Raider for "Billy, the Totem destroyer" and he calles Bluegill Warrior for "Andy" and he says that Billy and Andy are brothers. I also commented on a lot of the other Murlocs.
Face Hunter, Midrange Paladin, Oil Rogue all counters Midrange Hunter. From what I have experienced Grim Patron Warrior is also pretty effective against it.

I think you could without a problem take out the Ice Lances. If you do then you would want to replace them with something like a Flamecannon, a Loot Hoarder or a Snowchugger. You could also keep the Ice Lances and switch out a Mechanical Yeti with a Water Elemental or a Snowchugger for a more reliable freeze.

Shall we move on then?
You might try to steal me.
You might try to remove me.
But if you don't,
then you have to pay my prize!

Not bad just one thing left to do then. Big Game Hunter I choose you!

Death's Bite really doesn't counter anything. So I played of Hook.

How are you supposed to play this against these kind of cards? Well, I guess you can say that you got one more card in your hand so Clockwork Giant

He does probably not have that, because he might be to slow for a midrange deck, and hunter decks completely.

Oh! I totally forgot that he did a Jeoparino. I am going to see that right now!

"Cage Error"? Ok, if this is the type of "Cage Error" I think of then I guess Faceless Manipulator.
