Good thing no ones talking about lore here then huh? This is about art. The art is kinda messed up. That guy isn't Medivh. If blizzard wants to keep taking from their universe then they should use the actual characters looks. Otherwise why bother? Why not just call this guy Senor Benjamin? It's a shame, Karazhan would have been a cool ass idea for an adventure if done like it is in WoW. Not Disney style.
If BGH had been nerfed in a legit way I could see this nerf to molten as more fair. But since everyone is going to run BGH still and likely two when old gods drops, it makes this giant nerf really bad.
Paying 5 mana to destroy a 12/12 Deathwing, while maintaining a 4/2 on the board, still seems like good value to me.
This times one hundred. The cost should have been higher. Or they should have just done what everyone expected and get rid of the kill a big minion effect. Make it so it does damage to a big minion instead. Everyone is going to run it still especially when Old Gods is out due to all the big minions. Then people will realize how bad it feels to lose your big minion to BGH still and quit playing them.
Imagine if you somehow get the 30/30 Ancient One out only for your opponent to top deck a BGH. Feels bad man.
And Ancient of Lore and Molten Giant were over nerfed. Why the hell would you use Lore over Azure Drake now? There is no reason at all. And Giant should have been 23 mana cost.
Hahah the BGH nerf isn't a big deal at all. It's still going to be a staple and will be a double include now with all these big minions coming out. So much for being able to play big minions easier. Why they didn't just make it do damage to a big minion or swap it to Hemet Nesingwary is beyond me.
Good or not its really boring and has not flavour at all. A giant wasp known by his terrible poison and for ignoring taunts its translated into a deathrattle sinergy.
Yeah no. That was some bullshit spread by people who didn't play in vanilla. Huhuran wasn't known for ignoring taunts. Every single boss back then ignored taunts. Every one of them did. It wasn't until Na xx did things change slightly. So she was known for her poison and that's it. Oh and the fact she would kill groups pretty damn quickly so I'd say deathrattle works for her. You'd rather have another Maexxna? Cause that's the only way to make her known for poison in hearthstone.
There were many tauntable bosses.
And luckily we all not share your lack of creativity, there are tons of ways to represent Huhuran's poison volley.
Almost every single boss ignored taunt. Very few like the drakes in BWL didn't because their fight centered around taunt. And you say luckily except it would appear you're unlucky since blizz seems to agree with my line of thinking.

It's always the deck that's bad huh? I've seen you post many times on different decks blaming the deck for your losses. Maybe, just maybe, the decks aren't the ones that are crap?
Thanks a bunch for posting this. I lacked a Murloc Warlead, Coldlight Seer, and Murloc Tidecaller with my deck so I just added two Puddlestompers and a murloc raider. I proceeded to one shot him thanks to this deck. Granted I got insanely lucky and pulled two Corruptions out to get rid of the Feug/Stal combo on turn 3.
I agree with not having open ptr, I love testing new decks on ladder. A ptr will determine prior to release what's good and what's bad, which card work and which suck.
It will take away the most fun part (for me) out of hearthstone, the testing of new cards/decks in a crazy ranked meta. I do however agree that they should have a better internal meta check.
About the priest deck comment, we haven't discovered it yet? Really?
There are 189 pages of priest decks on hearthpwn when u set the filter to standard mode old gods expansion. Thats 4,725 priest decks since wotog release.... so please don't tell me we didn't discover it yet

Dumb nerf and I don't even play hand lock.

It would have been better as a 22-23 cost.

I'm still shocked at the BGH "nerf".
BGH, Knife Juggler, and Owl need bigger nerfs.
And Ancient of Lore and Molten Giant were over nerfed. Why the hell would you use Lore over Azure Drake now? There is no reason at all. And Giant should have been 23 mana cost.

Worked first try! Didn't even get a chance to use his thoughtstolen Onyxia on him since my Deathlord two shot him. Thanks!
