I'm often critical of Blizzard and the way they push particular archetypes, but I think they've done a good job with Hunter this past year. The class finally has some dimension to it rather than just being a smorc deck.

 There is way more dimension to it than that and you know it. It’s not the hardest deck to play but he didn’t say it was. compared to smorc hunter though it’s way deeper. 

If this were 5 Mana it would see play for sure. At 6 though, not a chance. Not unless warrior gets some new cards to give them crazy armor like Druid anyways. 

The Mana Wyrm nerf I get it. Especially since FWA got hit back in the day. Blizz doesn’t like classic cards like them used in every single deck. I suspect it might still see use though.

Aviana nerf - Very surprising. I assumed they’d just nerf  Juicy Psych. What a dumb card that was. 

Giggles - Well this saddens me immensely. I think raising the cost to 6 mana would have been fine. But at 7 mana it’s just destroyed. Imo they should at least buff the Inventor itself from 2/1 to 3/3 or something. 

I hate the giggles nerf because I play mech decks a ton. I don’t care if they’re not top tier. I love them. And giggles along with War and Zilliax were the only solid mech cards.

 I actually doubt kangors will get better. Blizzard specifically try to avoid adding things to improve a previous sets theme. So I doubt we see many mechs added next set if any at all.

 What’s funny is the guy who designed it is Gabe from Penny Arcade who also did Leeroy Jenkins art which happens to be a favorite of mine. Such different styles for those two cards. 

If we’re talking art strictly then it’s Blackwater Pirate easily. That card is hideous and the art doesn’t feel like it fits World of Warcraft/Hearthstone whatsoever. 

I suspect many people here think this card is bad because there will be tons of mech decks played. But imo warrior is the only class that will end up playing a full on mech deck by the time the meta stabilizes which would make this card very solid. 

Well that’s the biggest letdown. Based on the art I was super pumped as I have amazing memories of Cthun and AQ40 from WoW. So I hoped this cthun would be awesome like the first one was. This is a cool meme card but not something viable.

 Most players play standard strictly. By far. So really not many give a shit about wild. You know this guy was obviously referring to standard. 

The question is if it requires the minions to have exactly 7 health or if it’s 7 plus? And does he himself count as one of the 3 minions?

 Because literally most people that use twitch chat are just the dumbest of the dumb. It’s always filled with morons. They run off anyone with half a brain. And I’m not even saying this to try to sound cocky or superior. It’s just the sad truth. Twitch chat is bottom of the barrel. You will find smarter people on 4chan than you will twitch chat. It’s just the absolute worst man. Thankfully Blizzard just ignores those types of people.
