I played a control matchup yesterday as shaman against warrior both with Elysiana and he used it with baleful banker, I had shudderwock to shuffle another 10 cards into the empty deck. In the end I won because he ran out of steam but I think it took like 40 turns. Very fun game, but hopefully not the majority of them since it took almost an hour.
No it won't. It has an insane winrate, it'll be at least tier 2 and that is only if counter decks get popular. Bomb warrior and Token druid seem to dictate the meta.
If you don't play arena ever at all: start an arena run (150 gold), you don't even have to finish the draft. You'll get a pack as a reward + free ticket with which you can start another arena run to insta-retire and get another pack. 2 packs for 150 gold. 50 gold profit.
That's not how you hype things up. You don't want the players to lose interest because "oh another bad card, this expansion will suck for sure". I'm not an expert in marketting, so maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the short burst of hype creates better profit, but I guess they're aiming at the prepurchase sales here.
It was definitely played in every dragon warrior deck. The thing is, there were just stronger decks to compete at that time. I believe tempo dragon warrior was low tier 1 / high tier 2 at some point and this card was definitely one of the reasons for the success.
It's not about how often you run this card. You run this card 2x 100% of the time in an archtype that fits. The question is how viable will the archtype be.
But you don't have to play it, you just have to draw it! Controllock often has leftover mana and dead turns in mid-lategame when there's nothing to remove. This card can help you a lot against aggro without costing any mana, while it serves as a playable taunt when it fits. The stats are very inefficient, but I think the on-draw effect is really strong here since you won't be max health very often as controllock.

In a country where electricity is free.

So painful to stop at 11-1, but I don't have time to play enough games to make a new run worth it.

I was going to a gathering, but you still can't buy packs with gold, that sucks. I have 6300 gold to convert to packs!

Rogue has to spend 2 mana to get this. It's incredibly OP!

I like the flexibility. It can be used to destroy enemy buffed minions or on your own low-stat high-cost minions.

and it's very likely that 7 minions died by turn 4.

Especially since this card will see so little play you're happy to finally be able to take a piss.

(3/3 +3 +3 +2 +2) x2 = 26 damage. Almost there.
Edit: this combo requiers abusive sergeant which could mess with the tutor mechanic.
