OK... first of all, you can't start your post with accusing someone of being toxic because they are telling someone what they should think and then in the very next sentence do exactly that yourself.. 

And I don't know if you've ever regularly received or given feedback but positive changes come from engaging the other party. You don't bring people round to your way if thinking with a temper tantrum and there's been sooooo many tantrums that I think a good amount of people are just bored of it. This isn't an official Blizzard forum. Slandering a company for being greedy does nothing what so ever for "positive changes" 

Stop enabling bad behaviour under the disingenuous guise that the person's intention is to actively discuss ways to improve the game. That can be done constructively, in a way that allows different opinions because that's how things improve.

This is just the equivalent of a toddler throwing themselves to the floor and crying because they want ice cream.

It's childish, there are multiple threads it could have been included in that are already saying the same thing. 

And not everyone finds the game "insanely expensive". If you do, fine, that's you and your circumstances. I've said it before and I'll say it again..... I don't stand outside Starbucks crying about it being a waste of money or trying to convince people not to go in because I don't like it. I just don't go there. It's fine. I live life without any issues and spend that time on things I do like. 

Yes, the community could come together and say "hey, this isn't working for us and is causing some people to leave the game. Here's some suggestions" 

But no. It has to be "wa wa wa incompetent idiots" and the like. I don't know if you've ever been called an incompetent idiot by an online man child but I don't personally see it as a way to grab someone's attention and for them to think 'hey, there's a person I should listen to more"

You lot just want your little toxic echo chambers. Where you can insult people and get angry like a little group of villagers about to go on a witch hunt. Regis and Dekkster both made perfectly calm and reasonable videos that point out concerns with the pass. It's that type of coverage that will likely get some changes, not some man children on an unofficial forum spamming insults at a company. 

 Feeling this, there is a new thread on quitting HS 100 times a day. I’d love for them to stop showing up in recent threads. 

also ... just go play something else.... it’s not hard and it’s okay.... there are millions of games to play...

What insane?.... 1/mega bundle per expansion =240$ a year... If you play only 45 min a day (many  many people play more)  that means you’re paying a huge total of around 75 cents an hour to play.  I spend exactly that every year and I end up with 90% of all the cards. 

So You think that spending 20 hours of minimum wage work for 300+hours of “fun” for the YEAR is insane.....that’s about 30 well drinks at a bar per year. i assume you don’t even debate traveling or buying a new car or enjoy woodworking, or literally any other hobby.

My favorite thing about these claims is the money grab “feature” everyone claims is rampant.

LoR  is very a free to play friendly, like a free legendary and arena run every week for doing your quests friendly. It can’t be not free but it’s more free player friendly. 

 
if this game feels like a pay gate you don’t wanna spend your money on, don’t... but don’t complain. blizz has gotta make money too. you are free to develop games and hand em out like candy with no micro transactions and also no advertising cause that’s also a cash grab... just like you are also allowed to never buy dlc cause that’s a cash grab, optional skins, cash grab.

I Literally couldn’t care less about people like that. Hobbies, almost all cost money...

night out drinking... 50$ for a few hours and 4-5 drinks with tip with the added bonus potential hangover dlc for free the next day. 

Round of golf... 50$ for 4 hours of “fun” not counting clubs balls tees.... 

Pokémon game 60$ for 80 hours of “fun” 

rent a jet ski for the day 100$ 

wanna go snow boarding spend 100’s on gear and 50 per lift ticket.

Out for a nice dinner...2 people easy 30$ and up to 100’s or even 1000’s. 

Video Games give you an unbelievable about of value for your dollar by comparison. You can play this game for free... you might not have most of the cards, but you can play BG for free, duels for free, regular game for free and if having a full collection is important to you... spend money cause that is literally what the rest of your life is going to be about for things you like, want, and need. 

go for a hike, walk , swim in the lake or ocean. Spend nothing on your free time that’s 100% fine but don’t be mad at any business that wants to make money for occupying your free time with fun , for profit. 

I’m only Playing in gold, but I haven’t been getting many new decks in casual. Maybe just unlucky, it is a small sample

I’m surprised that people play last expansions meta decks in casual. We just got 160 new cards and a lot of people are still playing face hunter with 0 new cards, and Zerg demon hunter, with the one new weapon but otherwise same stuff. Even if you only saved up 4-5k gold that should be enough to try something new isn’t that what these games are about. In the last 20 games only 1/6 hunters played DR Hunter and 0/5 played a new DH deck, and a couple ramp druids and some new priest and locks.

I do understand doing this in ranked for “easy wins” while people experiment. 

Playing duels, opponent spell Druid drops Yog turn ten, spell are in order, the summon 5 trents, survival of the fittest, give all minions divine shield, survival of the fittest, wind fury on his minion, savage roar, flame strike, wrath his minion......... he had 12 hp I had 40, I obviously lost.  Classic 50+ mana of good effects.... would have been my 8th win. 

Not a bad card for sure but they are going to do the same thing they do every expansion dip their toe into a new archetype then forget it like that freeze shaman leg. 

I was hoping they would just dip their toe back into freeze shaman, they seem to have a knack for printing legendaries that support nothing.

If you don’t have an answer on turn three when this bad boy drops it’s probably game over, especially if you’re not a priest w/mass dispel. Hex cost 4, poly 4, devolving missiles is great though. 

If the Guy has double DR’s it’s even more sad. I think it’s a little too strong for 3 mana, I honestly think it would still be fair at 4 or 5 mana. Giving people more time to find something to deal with it. 

DUELS Feels bad moment # 9028...

playing warrior hero, so I obviously don’t have mass dispel. On turn 4 this priest had 5 wax ragers that double when they die. .... not sure how that is winnable  as anything besides priest with mass dispel. He literally just hit his own face with spells and laughed till I forfeited.

Ive been going hard elementals almost every game, or I’ll start something like pirates, get 1 djinn, then swap and it mostly works. 

I feel what youre saying though. I’ve tried a bunch a times to try and “play my opponents” by picking a tribe that isn’t being played by anyone else.and I end up rolling 30 gold worth for a tier 4 minion only to find 70% elementals and not the minion I’m looking for.

probably not a bug, it’s probably  weighted that way on purpose. For god knows what reason. 

Personally I’m a hater of pally hero, playing a wax ranger every turn, sometimes that double summons when it dies, not cool. But this is going to be wayyy less of a problem, including mage and shaman, when there are three hero powers and 9 treasures available.

Or when they rotate sets, which I think they should be doing like every 2 weeks to keep it fresh all the time. With all the combos of sets available that would help a lot.
