posted a message on Update on Weekly Quests - Quests Will be Easier to Complete

I find it odd that this change with initially a monumental increase in requirements comes a few weeks before the heroic tavern brawl/miniset announcement. Moreover, the ASAP timeline basically says nothing. Does it mean that players will have to forgo a couple of thousand XP this week/next week because Blizzard is still working on it?

To me, it has a slight scent of trying to pull money out of players' pockets. Oh, you missed one/two weeks of weekly quests because of the high requirements and now don't have enough gold for the miniset? Well, too bad. Looks like you have to spend money for it after all.

I know that it might not be intentional, and maybe I'm reaching, but hey, that fits into a usual pattern of screwing up parts of gameplay/monetization for seemingly noble causes.

posted a message on New Weekly Quest Requirements

No, I think that you're right. Keep in mind that for the “Win X games” type of quests, the XP only increased 1,5 times (3000 instead of 2000), when the requirement went up 3 times (15 games instead of 5 games). So, it will take you 3x more time to earn a 1,5x XP. To many casual players, I would say it's a sizeable net negative.

posted a message on Teron Gorefiend [Challenge Deck]

This deck is good. 2nd try. He was keeping a pretty good board and I had to use Alexstrasza on myself to not die. Overwhelmed him anyway

posted a message on Felfire Festival quest bug

Fixed an issue that prevented players from finishing the Happy Felfire Festival Quest. You can now replay the final mission of Chapter 1 to complete the Quest. In the coming weeks, we plan to release a second fix that will automatically grant rewards that were missed from this bug upon login.

Yep. Tried, it works now. Thx for posting it

posted a message on inb4 new complaints about bundles (trying to be constructive while memey)

When exactly did "selling something" become "locking something behind a paywall"?

They are literally the exact same thing. Your milk at the grocery store is locked behind a $5 paywall. Riot!

Yeah. People write from a paywalled computer using a paywalled internet from a paywalled accommodation for which they have paywalled taxes whilst eating some paywalled food about a free game with non-mandatory purchases that DARED to include a thing as a part of a bundle that will become completely irrelevant after a few hours of playing a new expansion. Fucking unbelievable

Apparently, the attack sound of that 25 mana minion is "Too slow"

Aaahh, what an irony it is

Mecha Jaraxxus was relevant for the first day after release. The next day people didn't give a shit.

Thought other people realised it this time around, but seems no. Still complaining...

Or you might also cut both Giggling Inventors, since they are useless in this deck and add one Voidwalker and one Dreadlord (or two Doomguards, if you want to be more aggressive, but since you have Leeroy, it's not necessary at all)
