Just ban warrior. That'll get rid of 90% of the toxic players.

Remove Warrior. The entire class. It's too broken. Replace it with Jim Raynor or some other dude from the Warcraft universe

posted a message on DR. 1 85% win rate FACE shaman

Why the heck is Crackle in this deck? It's useless. I did much better by switching both out with another Earth Shock and a Dunemaul Shaman.

Besides that fix I had to make, this deck is epic. Thanks.

Magician: when this minion attacks it does something else besides dealing damage. Examples:

    Magician: silence the targeted minion

Magician: remove a random secret (if the minion attacks their hero)

Magician: copy the targeted minion's effect

Basically it replaces attacking with a special, targeted effect.

    Quote from DieselKitten >>

Control Warriors have easily been the most cancerous deck since GvG, and they keep getting buffed with each expansion without any cards coming out to counter all of their armor and board clear.

They have two 1-mana removal cards (Shield Slam and Execute) that are a bane to any deck that isn't completely aggro.

They are predictable yet offer no counterplay, and the "gimme free wins" players have flocked to Control Warrior like sheep ever since Reno Jackson came out.

While not the most played deck it is the most boring to play against: you just have to drop all your minions and hope they don't wipe them all out every turn (they usually do). Mill Rogue is the only good counter to all the armor and healing they spit out.

You've just lost against one and now you are salty right?Thats how this thread works I guess
I've been losing to them since GvG

On average I play decks MUCH slower than CW's. Ramp Druid (no combo), Handlock, Math Priest, Malygos Shaman, Windfury OTK Shaman, Combo Paladin... none of them stand a chance against Rope Warriors that dump out 1-card win conditions on turn 6 like Justicar Trueheart and Reno Jackass.

Honestly if they just made Shield Slam remove all of your armor to deal damage., that would probably fix it. Having a 1-mana assassinate without any drawbacks is not OK.

I hate playing aggro and face decks, but they're the only chance we have against Rope Warriors right now besides Mill Rogue.

Insidiously overpowered and overplayed deck? And they are the deck you face the most on ladder? Are we playing the same game?

It's been played alot less since the start of the month since Aggro Shaman got popular, but it's sure as fuck more boring to play against.

Really? Control Warriors cancerous to begin with... and apparently more cancerous now? This term was used for brainless decks that were ruining the experience for all players, used to describe the original 'greetings traveller' bad manner, SMOrc hell on earth. To coin the term for every deck that you don't like is laughable, and CW is overplayed... and boring? What have you been smoking son? Facing more than a handful of CW's before rank 5 or so is unlikely, I think you may be exaggerating here. And just because you find slow decks boring, doesn't mean they are boring to everyone else.

As far as roping goes, CW's don't just drop minions on curve and tap the end turn button when they have made all actions, they will be thinking about board states, future board states, what might be in your/their hand etc... Getting pissed off if they rope you is your problem, or maybe you have just been matching up against Lifecoach all day xD

Control Warriors just wipe out all of your minions each turn with broken cards like Shield Slam and Brawl. They barely play any minions of their own, but when they do, its some kind of boring combo like Sludge Belcher and Armorsmith. If they play Justicar Trueheart its basically game over unless you're playing Mill. Its terribly boring to play against regardless of what deck you're using: if you're playing against Rope Warrior with an Aggro deck, you just have to hope they don't use Whirlwind or Death's Bite, and you can't play around it. If you're playing against Rope Warrior with a Control deck, your bigger minions get killed right away with Shield Slam and Execute. If you try to clear their board they just get more armor or Grim Patrons. Its boring and predictable, with the only way to win against it is to hope they don't draw good.
Meanwhile there's been plenty of cards to counter face decks, like Healing Wave, Secrets, Antique Healbot, and any taunt minion. But there still isn't a SINGLE card to counter armor. Not one.
I've played Control Warrior and honesty, it's easier and more boring than Face Hunter. You just Brawl if they have alot of weak minions, Execute if they have one strong minion, or armor up if they have none.
It's been the most brainless, boring, overpowered and slightly overplayed deck since GvG in my opinion.

Infiltrate is and idea for a new keyword that I've had for a while.

The tooltip would read: This minion's attacks ignore Stealth, Taunt, Armor, Secrets, Divine Shield, and Immune

Basically it can attack any minion or hero and guarantee it will do damage.

It would have to be heavily taxed, I'm thinking of a 2 mana 2/1 with Infiltrate or a 6 mana spell that gives your minions Infiltrate this turn.

It would be a great way to counter all the Rope Warriors and Secret Mages without being too OP, I hope.

posted a message on Skelesaurus Hex League of Explorers Boss Guide

I'm having trouble beating NORMAL Skelesaurus rex (5 failed attempts so far). He keeps giving me one or two mana cards and he drops at least a six mana minion every turn for free. Is this supposed to happen? I'm just going to try out the heroic deck on him.
