Because they alrdy stated a while back that the coin issue would be addressed at the later part of this year. It is useless to keep bringing this up when we know that it will be addressed (whether in a good manner or not) most likely in november or december when the miniset of the next expansion will release.

TheArcanist236 posted a message on Rush Warrior is the savior of this metaPosted in: Standard FormatWe all know the current meta sucks ass. There are billions of complaints about various decks, and they are justified - the main problem with the meta is pretty simple. Nothing feels good to play against... or does it?
We have complaints about Mage and Incanter's Flow deciding games on turn 2. We have tons of threads about broken Paladin cards, and how the nerfs weren't enough. We have multiple Priest and Warlock rants, that they don't let you play the game and remove your cards. We have complaints about the ridiculous draw of Rogue and Demon Hunter. But there is one deck I've never seen people complain about - Rush Warrior.
But why exactly? The deck is a definite tier 1 and has an amazing matchup spread, only being unfavored against Warlock and Priest. But there is a very important aspect of the deck - well, its defining keyword, Rush. The main focus of the deck is fighting for the board, and that is something we see less and less often in today's Hearthstone. Also, the deck doesn't rely on swing turns/mana cheat - with Conditioning and Troublemaker being the closest offenders, but that's nowhere near the level of for example Skull of Gul'dan or Glowfly Swarm. And even if you're playing against Rush Warrior and you're unfavored, you at least feel like your plays matter, which sometimes can't be said facing a Priest with 7 Soul Mirrors.
This brings up two very important things. The first is that it's not 100% about the power level of the deck when it's hated by the community - Rush Warrior is almost as powerful as Paladin, yet nobody seems to complain. The second thing is that board-based decks seem to be the most fun to play against for the community, and that's where the game should head to be successful in the future.

OverholtNA posted a message on Dissatisfied with the nerfs...Posted in: General DiscussionDid nothing. Paladin is still way too OP and now gets THREE fucking minions for 1 mana instead of two for zero mana. Really? NO other hits to their unlimited buffing and bull shit? OMG. What. A. Joke.
3 minions that they can't play on turn 1 unless they have the coin.
The power of that card was in its ability to give you a T1 play. Now they have to run more crappy 1-drops if they want early game consistency. And the decks are just significantly weaker because they're can't just Crabrider you to death any more.

OverholtNA posted a message on Patch notes releasedPosted in: General DiscussionI was gonna rage on the Hysteria nerf, but then I saw the Crabrider nerf so I don't care any more. I can no longer lose to a single 2-cost minion and that's all I ever wanted. Waiting one more turn to play my absurd semi-hard removal is just fine.
First Day of School nerf is beautiful as well. No more perfectly consistent early game and smoothed out curve for Paladin. They'll have to run more crappy 1-cost minions to compensate (and I don't have to worry about losing to a randomly generated Blackjack Stunner any more).
Shaman buffs are majorly underwhelming. Elementals still aren't sticky enough to get in minion damage against anybody with removal and they have no practical way to leverage their minions on board with buffs. The only things that bordered on viable prior to the patch were doomhammer/spell damage related and those decks got nothing. Lilypad Lurker was a great card before the buff and even better now, but only in a vacuum. It still doesn't fit into a working archetype.

DarthNihilus posted a message on Patch 20.2.2 - Balance Changes, Quilboars In Battlegrounds Nerfed & MorePosted in: NewsWhile this is probably true, you have to think that there's a mini set coming in a couple of weeks and this buffs plus the new cards can bring shaman to a competitive level again.

Deftheros posted a message on Patch 20.2.2 - Balance Changes, Quilboars In Battlegrounds Nerfed & MorePosted in: NewsIt is virtually unplayable at 1 mana in current archetypes. At 0 it was the perfect curve enabler. At 1 mana it is very difficult to use even if it gives you 3 1-drops. It is not a good t1 play, and later in the game it is not impactful. Paladin win-rate should go down a point or two because of this nerf I believe. Still too oppressive imho, specially in wild with those anti-fun tax tactics.

PetiteMouche posted a message on Lunacy experience remains the samePosted in: General DiscussionSinse the nerf i have playing non-stop with a couple of builds of Spell priest, control priest and corrupt priest.
This is where I stopped reading.
You play control priest, aka the slowest class/archetype in the entire game, and wonder why you still lose to a snowball deck that draws its win condition on curve ? I bet you didn't even play a single card before turn 4 and expected to crush lunacy mages lol. They nerfed Lunacy, they didn't kill it. Stop over reacting and get good or play aggro. Priest is cancer even when it's bad, always remember that before you start complaining again about other classes.

Don't know much about upcoming expansions. But if I should take a guess, next one will be Aliance themed and last one has Alterac valley/pass vibe (from that leak). Which probably leads to Drek'Thar or dwarf commander whom I don't remember as hero skins.

I don't mind facing 1 tickatus in a game but when paired with Y'Shaarj, the Defiler it becomes so frustrating. Of course this is problem when playing midrange-controlish decks. I just feel scammed when I build deck and only get to play 2/3 of it before reaching fatigue.

If I am not mistaken, the matchmaking was biased as I remember. Back in a day I read an article about algorithm which forces you into 50% winrate. So if you are above certain treshold you get somewhat unfavored matchups which are based off card winrates against specific cards. Same thing should be when you are bellow another threshold

I didn’t mean any harm, just the way you describe it made me consider rogue skin. Thats all, its written quite well

I see your point. Got 500 garrosh and will be choosing soon between garrosh and valeera. Probably gonna choose warrior, cause that OG vanilla armor set is in pair with arcanite reaper so cool but after reading your post I’ve started to consoder rogue again
