If there are quilboars only with beasts banned then the only beast in the game is Agamaggan (and Don). Your board is really Q vs B 3:3 so I guess Hamuul's refresh is random (like Zephrys HP if you have two or more doubles) and in this case (beasts refresh) you got only two beasts available.
To me the pool levels seem pretty drastic. I've been playing between 6k-6.7k for a while now. After a bad streak I fall back towards the floor and then opponent skill drops significantly and I can enjoy it. But if I go on a good streak my opponent pool seems to significantly increase and I have a much tougher go and usually fall back quickly.
Not directly related... but with the new floors you can expect more people picking high roll heros when on a floor. So expect to see a small uptick in successful high rolls.
I've seen some dragon builds compete and divine shield poison. But Quilboars are very dominant and Tess is playable again since everyone is going for them. I am taking her over just about all other choices.
I hate rushing up and getting squat. Don't think I have finished first yet without Quilboars. MMR is 5500ish.
I wonder if people tank fights early in the season to gain exp and to negatively affect you MMR when there are no consequences to do so allowing a stronger rise vs your skill when you do start playing.
Best so far with Dynamic duo was 18x/18x but the game didn't go long as I dominated. Can't see exact stats because the button is missing. First time playing without perks, assuming it's a perk.
I've played maybe 12-15 games now. They are really strong and over powered... Scaling is nuts. But they also allow other key cards to play with them which is interesting. There seems to be a lot of cool and interesting strategies and synergies to be used and discovered.
I haven't learned all the names yet. But I had 2 of those give all your minions a blood gem and 2 of the give your adjacent minions a blood gem. Dropped in the guy that gets +1+1 for every blood gem played and before battle starts his stats are boosted to over 20. Crazy.
Probably some decent strategy in saving some of the blood gems for key cards. Certainly depends on opponents curves.
Those windfury twins are both strong but even more so with a head start.
Agreed, it seems to be the strategy now. Purposefully ceate a frenzy with an OP introduction (Elementals, Demon Hunter) then aim for balance after. Creates drama and interest then provide a solution to appease the crowds.

Played as Patches. Bob didn't give me a single pirate until my 2nd refresh on turn 6.

Very old thread... but after playing 2 years of HS on Android I am only getting this prompt today.
Since I can't see why HS should have access to my Google Drive I said no.
Then I was prompted for a full login.
Anyone care to explain this to me?

I rose up early with the Quilboars unfortunately. Now I'm getting owned with a 5500 floor.

Blood gems give +1/+0 (perhaps +1/+1 from a golden source).
