Mostly just the fact that it is done on a lifesteal minion. Give Wickerflame Burnbristle the buff and he is a 4/4 taunt, divine shield, lifesteal that even priest then can't deal with. Thus it should gain you 8 health.
You actually only need 3 minions damaged for this to be worth throwing on the field. Not too difficult to do, but it would still probably be a bit too slow compared to other cards you could run in the 5 slot.
I mean it is not a horrible card. Just that its use is very specific in the late game. Like you could play this with Swipe in Druid which is very strong value. Just unfortunate that most likely it would be a dead card for majority of the game.
With the right deck, this death knight is actually pretty insane especially for how powerful that weapon is. On the other hand, losing the armor hero power is a bit of a drawback in favor of gaining tempo through the one damage to all minions. For 3 turns though (so long as the weapon is not destroyed), that does guarentee 5 damage to at least 3 minions.
While it is underwhelming compared to the other Death Knights. I say this is more practical if you are planning to play the long game. This is to say it gives you something that can potentially help against Freeze Mage as well due to the armor hero power as well.
It is not a bad card, but it is not as good as other options considering that it has the "random" tag applied. Pretty much primarily be used to try and gain early game tempo. Depending on this in the late game though to freeze a specific minion is not as great though.
In standard there are 13 out of 17 cards you would want to obtain from this deathrattle if running a dragon deck-> 76.5%
If not running a dragon deck, there are 10 out of 17 (with 2 others possible to add based on stats) worth obtaining-> 58.8%
Wild with dragon deck is 21 out of 28-> 75%
Wild without dragon deck is 15 out of 28-> 53.6%
So overall, this is a very good card. You will be more likely to run it in a dragon deck though considering that you will be more likely to guarantee value. But, it is not bad in non-dragon decks either since you are slightly above 50/50 of getting a card you could see as useful. Arena will also enjoy this card immensely as it is in the rare tier and can obtain you higher value cards.
I would say this card is borderline very good, but will probably be more of a playable card overall. Since it costs 8 mana to play, that limits your options on securing multiple value from it. On top of that, the legendaries are completely random. Getting only a single proc from it and ending up with Nat Pagle is not exactly ideal after all. In arena though... this card will be insane.
Aside ways to work around the deathrattle, this card is more dependant on who has the initiative for turn 4. If you are able to play this first prior to your opponents 4 mana turn, you have the stronger initiative to capitalize on the 5/5 value. In all honesty though, this will probably be mostly used in rogue potentially by playing this and then using Shadowstep.
The best thing I can honestly think of is Bomb Squad-> Treachery-> Moat Lurkerx2 for a total of 15 damage to hero and a 5 damage removal. But that is just for fun. In terms of this card actually being useful though, it would have to be something really dumb like Mayor Noggenfogger.
For the most part, this is an arena card. It could potentially net better spells than you have drafted or simply be a 4/5 body for 4 mana which is good enough. Other legendaries will be more likely picked though.

Shielded Minibot 2.0 except it could be potentially more annoying with buffs applied.

If it was only your cards, this would be very good. But it encases all minions that died this game. So pretty much an average arena card.
