I dunno about you, but increasing the cost of the card you want to play and bounce multiple times a game by 2 is a pretty big hit, and substantially slows down the combo.
Your brother left you a deck which is 26/30 Core set. It's even running Nozdormu the Eternal of all things.
How many expansion cards does this account have?
Edit: The Returning player experience SHOULD include a collection of decks you can try out for free for a week, then you get to keep one of them. If you have those, why not give one of them a try?
It says a lot when a class is more interested in the Neutrals of the set than its own class cards, and that's the case with Mage. Rainbow Mage wants nothing to do with the Mage class cards, as they don't really fit anything. Excavate looks horrible, overpriced for the effects in all cases, and sure, 1 mana Titans are strong, but are they strong enough to maindeck 2 mana Freezing Potion?
The rest of the class cards are thrown to the wind. There's these two weird Elementals, one which wants to be in an Elemental deck that doesn't exist while the other very much so doesn't. And the rest is just bits and bobs, which don't belong anywhere. Either it's setting up for something, or half this set is going to be left out to dry.
Yeah, the Tavern Regular skins are the Tier 2 armors... except Rogue, which had their Tier 2 Armor released as Valeera's Book of Heroes skin. So instead she got Deathmantle, Tier 5 armor. Which means that Rogue will likely be funky again and get either Tier 6 or a Hearthstone-original design to equalize things.
There is precedent for how this would be treated. There is a Tavern Brawl card which always wins Brawls. If you have multiple of them on the board and play Brawl, it randomly picks among them which one wins the Brawl.
So no, they would not both win the brawl, the game would pick one of them to win while the other loses.
Draw an Elemental. Add two copies of it to your hand with half the Cost and Stats.
The card they used as an example was Ragnaros the Firelord, which has entirely Even numbers, so we don't know how it'll react if you, say, draw a Prismatic Elemental, but I presume it'll round up to prevent 0 health minions from happening.

Aren't most Snakelocks built on the same core as Control Warlock?

I've experienced a similar with the Azerite Rat being excavated, where my FPS tanks for 3-5 seconds during-after it enters my hand.
Maybe it's the case with all other Excavate rewards?

Ah, 4 mana 5/5 Battlecry cast Flamestrike and gain 20-30 health. I think that is even more busted than the current iteration.

Catch-up Packs are fixed. They provide all sets in Standard EXCEPT the most recent one at the time of earning.

I'm curious what this means for the OG Dude. Does he now have friends, or is he out of the job?
I'm also curious if these new Dudes count as different minions for the purposes of cards such as Flik Skyshiv.

Ready to watch every troll on this site quote SteamDB's numbers as some gospel proof the game's dead? Because I sure am.

I'm curious if those who chose to hold onto the level 100 tavern pass reward get access to the new hero skins right away.

The Blizzcon Signature is Slagmaw the Slumbering

There's currently 97 BGs heroes though, which is a LOT to learn.
