Here is my submission. I haven't read everything past page 5 yet so sorry if this is too similar to something already posted.
Its meant to be called Revenge of the Brotherhood but that didn't fit in the card creator.
This card is a guaranteed combo activator for all combo cards, but you probably want to have a decent amount of them to get value from the card. That is why the card draw is in there to increase the chance that you will have some combo cards to use. Ideally you could use this followed by an SI:7 agent and Eviscerates and maybe even Kidnapper to control the board followed by a big Edwin. It is like a more situational mega Preparation with a bigger potential upside. Might be broken with some of the other 10 mana rogue combo spells people have submitted here though ;)

I like the deck concept and a Deck I made uses similar effects. I don't despise Gelbin but i just don't own him XD and don't really want him myself. Have you considered running a single copy of zombie chow or perhaps using ecoing ooze for early game with flame tongue and argus. I'd love to use Dark Iron dwarfs but there are so many things to fit into the deck and fearing the might of priest flame tongue is a double edged sword. A single Zombie chow is great for gaining early momentum but is rather lack luster late game.
Also now that you run 2 storms would you consider using bloodmage thalnos, he seamed excluded when you ran a single lightning storm but he may prove invaluable now
Also would you object to using gnomish inventor over mana tide, it has an instant draw and a 2/4 body, while in a low board control scenario it may not prove as fruitful I highly prefer the advantages it brings. Also Cabal wouldn't draw a card by stealing an inventor
