I think a sealed tournament would be great, we can use a pack simulator to open a few packs for every player, and they would play the cards from the pool using their collection (if you don't have a card you can craft or play without it).
When replacing a card in a deck, you usually have to think about it's role in the deck and try to put something similar.
Houndmaster Shaw helps with a smooth transition from your early game to your late threats, specially when you can suicide your cubes, and also baits removal even when you have no follow up. I don't think that another Highmane is a good substitute for that.
I would try Spiritsinger Umbra, or Saronite Chain Gang. The first one would do a similar job, but with less health, the chain gang is a little different, but also a solid mid game card that helps keeping things under control until you pull your big guys, and with keleseth sinergy for bonus. Personally, I'd choose Spiritsinger Umbra for fun and Saronite Chain Gang for results.
I think Electra is supposed to work this way, as it says your spells trigger twice, instead of saying they'll trigger once more, so when you play it after Murmuring Elemental, it just says twice "your spells will trigger twice" and they trigger twice.
Against agressive decks you don't need the combo, you just remove everything, try to setup for a good spreading plague and don't be afraid of pinging their minions with your hero power, you usually have to do it a lot. After you stabilize you just win with Malfurion/Lich King/Allexstrasza/Malygos.
Against control and combo decks it's a race to cycle through your deck and reach your win conditions before they do, in which druid is great. Against control warlocks try to keep as much minions as possible in your hand to play around the demon project card.
Avoid dusting legendaries from sets that you're still opening packs, because you could get them again, therefore, I'd try to keep Nat Pagle, King Mukla and Celestial Harbinger.
Rotface and The Glass Knight have some potential and can be seen in some less competitive but fun decks, I wouldn't dust them unless I reallyy wanted the dust.
Temporus and Prince Valanar are totally disposable (I dusted both), specially the Prince, as Temporus is at least good for memes.
It's ok in standard, but too strong in wild. Togwaggle Druid is tier 1/2 in wild and the combo uses Azalina, Togwaggle, Aviana and Kun, so this card literally draws your entire combo.

We should be able to choose the battlecries order with Shudderwock, it's just ridiculous that you play a 9 mana legendary and it may fail.

We should have shorter turns, with a time bank that you can use to add time to specific turns, and the timebank could be refilled for long matches.

Such a cool entrance for a minion with no play

It's a safe craft, but if you're poor and trying to craft a tier 1 deck, he's probably not your answer right now.

I'm playing the same list at rank 3 right now with a great WR, you can add me if you play in NA and you want to watch a few matches, it's Dahrug#1946.

I would consider Countess Ashmore for some card draw (you can draw 3 in this deck).

You can add Sunfury Protector to play around taunts. Although I'm not sure if you can play magnetic minions with no space on board.
