Not much to replace Dark Iron Skulker because of it's insane board clear, so it's a core card for this deck. You can replace it with Abomination or if you want to go balls deep, a Madder Bomber. Though these cards aren't great, they'll help fill in that gap.
Cairne Bloodhoof is a solid body. I've seen a friend tech'd in an Arch-Thief Rafaam, but it seems like a really slow card, good against long matchups where you're just trying to outvalue by topdecking, even then Nefarian would be my prefered choice, since you'll have more to play the turn after. As for Kel'Thuzad, he's better than Nefarian in faster matchups & will win you games if you have the board.
When dealing with Priests you usually want to not drop too many minions, but just enough to sustain the board for a turn & let them use entomb on your non-endgame minions as they run out of options to deal with the turn, I've snatched quite a few wins this way. Also, against warrior is pretty difficult since you're still playing as a Rogue, not impossible, but you do have to play conservatively & know what your opponents have left so you can play around it to secure a win (Brawl, Alexstrasza, etc.)
Any sticky minion that can provide continuous value is a solid fit, so if you haven't already you can replace it with a sub-optimal Piloted Sky Golem or if you're up against a control meta add Nefarian.
Tomb Pillager add seems to be new for this kind of deck, but it works pretty well for creating space. Even though I build my Oil Rogue differently, this deck is solid & is definitely liable for ladder. Good shit EvilBaneling
I wouldn't recommend replacing Bloodmage Thalnos for either a Loot Hoarder nor a Kobold Geomancer; It's a utility card that works similarly to Azure Drake but pulling off a combo in the same turn instead of using 5 mana, so it's a great situational card. Instead you may want to tech in something that can fill in that gap instead of dead cards, like an Annoy-o-Tron or an extra Earthen Ring Farseer Just don't shoot yourself in the foot.
Cons: -Low curve of an aggro deck without draw -A ton of cards that lose you tempo -HasIron Sensei with only 2 other Mechs -Not liable for climbing
Summary: Plain out bad deck. With Reno Rogue you should aim for having a more midranged curve with just enough early game cards to help you survive & end with heavy cards to finish off your opponent after that sweet 4/6 drop. It should still play like a normal tempo rogue without the double everything, which is what this deck is missing.
From this decklist it seems like you're terribly new, If you'd like to improve this decklist or get some help from a legend deck builder, just pm me

TinkertownTechnician is too good to replace, you can instead replace a Fel Reaver if you come across a lot of Tempo Mages & Midranged Paladins. Harvest Golem is also a good replacement since you'll be already playing on curve if you're looking to swap out a 3 drop.
