    Quote from Cholev >>

Who wrote the text for that card? Is he like braindead? "It may attack again", what's that? It should've easily been "This minion can attack again". Is it really that hard to make the text easier and more understanding to read. I am sorry about my bad attitude, but I feel like Blizzard is not even trying anymore.

I actually agree. This expansion has had some of the worst card texts. I've been pretty good at figuring them out just based on how HS works but this one is honestly still confusing, despite the condescending comments that it's obviously the Hero. To me "it" meant Gonk. If someone wants to say "it" isn't extremely ambiguous and nondescript, then boy do I have the perfect bridge to sell you.

posted a message on The real Cards that need nerfed

I really think you play aggro too much, honestly. I'm not an aggro hater, I'm glad it's a part of the game to not have to have 45 minute games every time. It's from a Tempo/Control or even Combo player's perspective that Shuddewock generally isn't a problem. Thus why his popularity dropped significantly even though his nerf was suuuuuuper minor if even a nerf at all. Also why would you target the spells in that decks and not the strong battlecries for Shudderwock to copy? (If you were going to go after Shudderwock, but the data and most players say it's fine) Personally I love where Shudderwock is at and I have a ton of fun experimenting with wacky new Shudderwock decks(mostly in wild), that seems to be the intent of Shudderwock since his build up is nearing C'Thun level of trashy and incredibly lengthy build ups. Also I think Branching Paths is slightly problematic but less because you gain 12 armor and fully power up the Spellstone in one turn (which is strong) but more the fact that it can do that, be a more expensive but better savage roar, and be a more expensive arcane intellect (in a class that loves card draw and already has a ton). It can also be anything in between. That imo, is why Branching Paths might be problematic. In a class that already has a lot of high power, versatile cards, it tips the power level almost too high to then have a card like BP that is almost always strong. Not that Druid has insane winrates or anything though. It's usually mid tier as far as class winrates.

posted a message on Odd Paladin is a stupid deck...
    Quote from ButtSeriously >>

I wish words could describe the amount of loathing i feel towards Hearthstone as a game. Yet i keep playing. Maybe its time i took control and just said "No thanks, i can do without that kind of negativity in my life" and just quit. Odd paladin might not be top dog forever, but theres always going to be "a top dog", and you can bet your ass your going to hate playing against it. And so on and on and on and on it goes.

Personally I feel ya. This next part is not a "git gud" comment, merely my experience. I have found however, that as you get better and better at deck crafting to your own personal needs, you tend to start rising above those meta decks. Now Cubelock was a problem and Warlock in general now is a bit of a problem. Not in the sense that they are particularly dominating but merely how polarizing Warlock decks are and how hard it is to tech and mulligan against. Druid has this same problem. At least Warlock and Druid are the problem classes imo. If you are looking for a new control deck to try out I'd recommend my Big Deathrattle Priest deck, it has been highly successful in this meta: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1194488-big-deathrattle-priest

posted a message on Players who leave a match instead of conceding should lose more rank points

Yeah I really don't understand why this bothers you. Timing out is admittedly a bit annoying but the opponent just leaving does nothing to you. Honestly I love it when I get my opponent to leave. That means you made them rage so hard they stopped playing the game over just calling it a loss and trying again. Admittedly Idk which is more petty, my enjoyment out of getting opponents to rage quit the game or it bothering you when they do

posted a message on Odd Paladin is a stupid deck...

I would agree if Odd Paladin was actually that strong but it has a lot of ways to counter the deck. It's main weakness is it's lack of board clears. Any deck that can build better boards more reliably (because Odd Paladin only has Level Up, Unidentified Maul, and the smaller buffs of Fungalmancer and the occasional include of Stormwind Champion to buff the silver hand recruits) will push through fairly easily. Like Evenlock or Deathratlle Hunter. Heavy control also dominates Odd Paladin. Play Odd Warrior or just Control Warrior against Odd Paladin one time and try to tell me you don't get an erection

posted a message on New Third Game Mode - Real Casual Play Network

Oh hell yes, I've always wanted Casual mode to be this. I recently dumped most of my random friends because they would only play net decks against me, which imo is a dick move when you just want to and only do play fun decks against friends. Save your netdecks for ladder, not against friends. Anyway don't mind the small rant, I'm DJBoom#11685 and I play pretty much solely on NA servers. I have memey wild and standard decks.

posted a message on Opening packs change on mobile

I did too and honestly thought I was going to hate it. Then I realized how much faster it is to open packs now. I feel like I should hate it more but honestly when the new expansion comes around, going through 70+ packs will be noticeably faster which will be nice. Personally I'll take the quicker speed for chosen opening order, and I really did to do that. I also like that you don't have to hover directly over the cards to see the rarity glow, they just show up when you're near it

posted a message on The Headless Horseman Rides is This Week's Brawl!

I'm pretty sure your list is off. I think it's almost factual that the best deck by far is pirate. Ez clap with pirate. You just have to have a minion on the board before those stupid pumpkins start hitting the board. Or get lucky with your ships cannon. Cat seems meh, less highroll potential but just more solid cards. The witch seems the worst. It's all highroll for the witch. In hard dungeon run or tavern brawl battles the key is always a mix of consistent cards and high roll because the only way you can get through unfair advantages is high rolls.

LOL! The nub salt is so real for this tavern brawl. This is what happens when pseudo-intellectuals get their intelligence called in to question from a challenging tavern brawl. "This tavern brawl makes me look stupid, so it's crap and the bliz dev team must obviously be on crack." I love the complaining about the Rng the most. IT'S A TAVERN BRAWL! THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE MADE FOR! OP COMBOS AND RNG THAT WOULD NORMALLY BREAK STANDARD! We get to try out stupid broken combos and play wild Rng because it's only around for 5 days...Btw took me like 5 or 6 games to beat him but it was fun and actually challenged my mind (which you should want).
