Alibi to 3 does absolutely nothing for it. If anything the nerf should have been to 4 mana so that Mage can't discover it off of Vast Wisdom and School Teacher

Manathirst is a re-branded "ranked spell" mechanic, when card gets upgraded on certain milestone. "Manathirst X: do Y" is not a battlecry, it's "if you already have X permanent mana crystals and play this card, it does Y". Astalor (8-mana version) does have a battle. And this battle cry transforms from "deal 7 damage spread" into "deal 14 damage spread". And Brann affects battlecries, so it's effectively "deal 28 damage spread".
The correct nerf should've been to make Astalor (8-mana version) to have a battlecry "deal 7 damage spread" and "manathirst 10: deal 7 more damage". With Brann it would've been "deal 7x2 + 7 = 21 damage spread" instead of "deal 28 damage spread".

DH was way overpowered on launch. DK on the other hand isnt overpowered but imho will become that over time if Blizzard isnt careful.

And if you look at the last graph, they have priced the rune packes in such a way that any usual purchase you would make can be done 1:1 with a common package of Runestones.
So, this is not an issue right now, unless you get suckered into buying an emote for whatever small amount of Runestones. but then you are asking for this problem with your purchase behaviour, not by some big evil corporate plan.

I prefer to dust all the cards which rotate to wild. Wild is almost impossible to balance (you nerf one toxic deck and the next toxic deck will instantly replace it). Safes you a lot of money btw (for example i wont have to spend a single penny on the next expansion).

Safe your gold / money.
This set has 1 good legendary (purator). The rest of the leggos and epics will most likely not see play.
Simply craft the rare and common cards which are good and safe your gold for the next expansion.

Oh yeah because the game is sooooo fun with no midrange and aggro in the meta.
Look at quest dh and the rogue decks - this happens with no aggro and midrange around to keep them in line.
Only renathal or combo decks in the meta is not enough,

Good start, but i feel like the dh nerfs are not enough.
The relic will have reduced costs thanks to the quest anyway and the lifesteal card gets played on turn 6+ most of the time.
With some luck the renathal nerfs will lead to aggro decks raising as a counter.

ps: Most of the time i use kael to get out the stoneborn generals early (kael into forsaken lieutenant into stoneborn turn 8). I only use kael for a early denathrius when i am in a tight spot

control warrior will not return, it has no chance to beat the other control decks in the current meta (shaman and druid)
