Poghy posted a message on Scholomance Academy Card Reveal Stream - All 59 Remaining Cards!Posted in: NewsQuote from Purpenflurb >>The meta doesn't get solved all that much faster because you let a few streamers play early, and even with the theorycraft streams I still see plenty of variety on expansion launch. The meta gets solved because of large scale data analysis on millions of games, not because a few streamers get to play a few hundred extra games.
Maybe the meta is not gonna be solved, but this event promotes netdecking before day 1 instead of everyone just experimenting with the new cards. This event just ruins the day 1 experience.

Dunscot posted a message on why does everyone act like pally is trash right nowPosted in: General DiscussionYou gotta know, most of all Hearthpwn users are in top 1000 legend and tournament veterans. And everyone here knows that the REAL game starts once you are in the current .01% of all players. That's why reaching legend or having a good winrate with Paladin on lower levels doesn't matter. At all. To anyone!
If your legend rank is 1008, you might as well be a literal baby playing on daddy's phone who got lucky a few times. Only once you are at 999 and better, you can consider yourself a "decent" player with "skills" who's granted the privilege to join the very serious and thoughtful discussions going on here. Unless you play the wrong class and deck of course. I shouldn't even have to mention this, but if you have a single win on your account with Hunter or even Demon Hunter, you are a brainless (as in, your brain must have been surgically removed) "aggro player", and nobody will ever take you seriously and you should probably uninstall the game.
And for the top 1000 players, the real players, with skills and brains and all that, it is obvious, undeniable fact, beyond doubt, and confirmed by his holiness, the pope himself, that Paladin is literally unplayable, the worst class in the game, and every single new Paladin card, even the unrevealed ones, are the worst of the entire expansion, just like in every expansion ever, and Paladin will remain the worst class for all eternity, as the skilled players have, in their boundless wisdom, have correctly deducted.
Sure, you might find that Paladin isn't all that bad right now, but you are not a top 1000 player, so your opinion doesn't matter to anyone. And you might find that some people exaggerate in their very mild and perfectly justified anger over recent Paladin card reveals, but they are absolutely in the right. They are among the top 1000 players after all. Ok, maybe not, but they totally would be, if Paladin wasn't so utterly horrible.

GrumpyMonkie posted a message on Quest Mage In Wild Might Get Another Nerf in the FuturePosted in: News"Might". It took Barnes ~2 1/2 years to get nerfed after this exact kind of talk.
And since it was already nerfed not that long ago, they won't hurry wit it unless its winrate goes completely bonkers.

Seems likely. I'm so tired of covidocy...living in fear is not living.
Make sure you have a mask on. Especially when you're in a car by yourself or walking alone on a sidewalk. It's very important.

Does this still have the same target with Fandral?
So it deals two damage and then heals the same target? I assume this is the way it works, since Wrath still has one target.
If so, that's a bit disappointing. I know Fandral is Wild now, but it's like they were trying to not make it work with Fandral and only work with the new Druid Legendary (forgot the name). I hope that is not their plan with Choose One going forward.

I wasn't being rude. I don't need to cater to people whose first language isn't English. If there is a website out there that is made by and for English speaking people, why is it rude for me to be excited?

I don't get it.

OP, without more information, asking the community to guess which of the dozens of ways you can get two Kangor's Endless Army in a single game is really pointless. Further your knowledge of the cards that exist in the game, and idk maybe pay attention more during your games, and it will benefit you immensely. Deck Trackers are also a thing, so I recommend taking advantage.

Rearranging decks is a great place to start!
Also the end of season rewards are really garbage for a whole month of play imo, just not worth it (they are already reducing the number of stars, so they must realize something too).
I'd also like it if they had an "experiemental" mode that would be like the ladder but with a short ban/restricted list that would change every week. This would be similar to tournaments in a way, and it would be a nice way to freshen the meta. Instead of "looking at" certain cards, they could have a mode where they are just banned for a week (imagine a meta with Keleseth or DK's or whatever banned for a week).
Furthermore on that point of keeping the meta fresh, I think they should also try rotating the oldest set out as each new one comes in. It would totally revamp the way they design and balance cards. The way it is now, they have to kinda structure the sets around Set #1 being the baseline and sets #2 and #3 being support, more or less, for Set #1. Not sure how it would all play out, but I think it's viable. It would also mean you always have the same amount of cards in the Standard pool at any time. Synergies and archetypes would be more fleeting, which gives everyone a chance to play what they want, instead of grinding the same archetypes for 6+ months after a meta is established.

Is it really such an inconvenience to play 3 Tavern Brawls?

Togwaggle and Azalina?

I'm sorry you can't think of anything, must be difficult.

I wasn't whining, I was just pointing out the fact that most the post-nerf decks contain Baku and Genn, just like they did before the nerfs. (In fact, your post appears to be written in Whinese)
They said they want to target Neutral cards that go into the majority of decks regardless of class or archetype; Baku and Genn fit that bill perfectly, but they decided to nerf other (class) stuff instead.

So we are forever doomed to live with those two OP cards unless they do something about it.
Rotation doesn't count.
edit: If they are supposed to nerf ubiquitous Neutral cards, then they overlooked two of them...
