But if the Mind Vision was not golden and he got a golden Flamestrike, while your opponent plays a nongolden Flamestrike, you would know that they have another Flamestrike, so you wouldn't risk too much on the board with the information.
Helps in niche cases, but it could end up being a really cool moment that someone shares on reddit.
It does exactly that. Just look fancy and if the card creates other cards (i.e. Jade Idol or Mind Vision) the created cards are also golden. It's just an aesthetic thing.

Here's an odd idea for a tech: Forbidden Shaping . In theory, if you use it with 6 mana and Raza the Unchained's effect while having Auchenai Soulpriest or Shadowform active, you win. It's a small chance, but for the memes all worth it.
