Never heard about this software that helps skip animations. Maybe it exists, maybe it doesn't. But your opponent played 20 cards in the turn he killed you. You don't need a cheat engine to do that. Played way more cards than that in a turn (40+ personally). Also, that's wild for you. It's not a diverse format, it's a format where only the most degenerate card combos of all time survive.
Your animations got delayed because you didn't click the cards. I can assure you your opponent didn't skip his alotted time, your game just had to catch up with all animations.
Neither did I until I saw the video I linked in the openings post (If you didnt watch it yet, it is not a video about a hs game) an I faced someone who managed to play cards from his deck where the specific cards weren't even in the deck yet. And a player already got banned for that, as is told in the linked video
Yes, I don't expect much either from Blizzard for my case and therefor I don't pay much attention to it anymore. It is a bad thing Blizzard isn't that consistent anymore if it is about banning cheaters and hackers but it is what it is and I simply try to enjoy the games I play that goes fair and square.
Blizzard decided the rules of the game like adding animations and adding a rope. If these decisions are good or bad is a matter of opinion and to quote madseason: "opinions are like butts, everyone has one".
But that doesn't change the fact of the decisions made by those who created their own game. And one of them is you have to wait for animations most of the time. And if in a way you managed to skip those animations by hacking the client, it is cheating.
That is my opinion and also the opinion of Blizzard who already has banned many players for it. Not only in hearthstone but also in WoW where complete guilds have been (temporarily) banned. One of the famous examples is the AQ40 raid where people also hacked the client in order to take a huge shortcut to C'thun and skip all the mandatory bosses.
I also made a report to blizzard and I let them decide/investigate if he actually was cheating or not. And for now, he was the only one I suspected for being a cheater. I believe he played around 19 cards and the amount of the red targeting arrows surpassed the amount of actual played cards by far. Cards not even in his deck he manages to play, but perhaps it is possible with ignite mage deck, I don't know, that is why I started the topic to check what others think about.
If I get a response of blizzard, I will share it ofc.
Ad for those haters about the deck I was playing. Well done for going off-topic and I simply don't care for those particular opinions.
Today I played a game in in the final turn the red targetting arrow appeared very often, far before the actual cards were even in his hands. The rope had also ended for like 30+ seconds before the game was over and now I wonder, was I facing a cheater using this hack?

As I don't want to be scammed by Blizzard for 1k gold, can I just simply delete this quest without loosing any other free stuff?
