Summon a 1/1 is the worst hero power for aggro/tempo, it does nothing for you the turn you play it. It's also one of the best hero powers for control because of the value it can bring - it can build a board without costing you cards
If you find the rewards are the only cause to climb, and on top of that find the rewards bad, then don't rank up!
Better reward system maybe. Getting 5 stars rewards 5 dust most of the time. Except if its from rank 6 to rank 5 - for that you get 280 dust. And then you stop bothering because getting to legend awards you with 25 dust.
Grounding totem is my vote on this one. It makes me wonder how a similar card isn't in the core set. It's such a good throwback to the grounding totem of WoW where you can kill it with a spell or with physical attacks and would work so well in hearthstone.
Misspeller is a close second because of the flavor as well as implications in the game.
Raven is by far the worst designed. 2 mana 1/1 plus a 3 mana secret or just used for the double spell cast on your turn. Countering "secretly" just makes it a secret so it makes no sense putting it in druid (the "choose one (secretly)" mechanic makes sensewhen it's a deathrattle effect). It shares problems with living counterspell but at least its implications are more complex and the decision is impactful. 2 mana to double your nourish, jade blossom or idol or literally any spell you would put in your deck is ridiculous.
They didn't make this card after releasing KTF and seeing i wasnt competitive. Most cards are planned 8 months in advance and tweaked and tested until release. This is only the third warrior card revealed and there might be enrage synergy cards yet. And lastly, making 3 warrior legendaries in two consecutive sets that build around the same mechanic isn't something that should be done (poor warlocks).

Most of the weapons won't be utilisable by warrior so it might actually be a nerf

Ignoring the slow part, how does recruit a 1/1 make the spell any better? It's anti-synergy
