I remember old handlock having Lord Jaraxxus as late game win condition. with such a weak Bloodreaver Gul'dan you have to add more demons or use Lord Jaraxxus to be able to do anything in the later stages. Why not another Shadowflame? Cool deck, looking forward to play it!
That's actually a big concern I have regarding the deck... the problem is that most of the demons and Lord Jaraxxus are odd. So I'm hardly considering add a couple of Vulgar Homunculus for both the Spellstones and Gul'dan
odd and even decks are going to be shit stop slamming every card into one of those categories. thi s card is shit should have made it a 5/6 atleast it might see play
I wonder how hard it might be printing a card that's neither odd or even :v
Some replacements for Dirty Rat, Faceless Manipulator, Mountain Giant, Jenkins and Twisting Neather ?
Well... without the Mountain Giant there's no point on playing Handlock at all... But about the other cards you can play a more taunt-centric version and replace them wiith Ancient Watcher, Sunfury Protector and Defender of Argus, but the Giants are a must. Other awesome addition is Faceless Shambler, but it's rotating soon tho
Nah, will be marginalized by a more pragmatic warlock build. I would equate even/odd to C'Thun, not bad, but more for players without access to the full set.
You might be totally right.. But hey! That's way better than thrash, don't you think?
genn>>>>>>baku in warlock, there's no reason to run baku in warlock, the only HP that matters is the last one, having more options saves you more HP, besides this deck has reno :)
That's totaly true and I realy liked your list, I don't have 12k dust tho'. I'll have to stay in my poor standard without my Moltens =P
The turn 4 moountain giant with a full hand is/was important as well. As long as Naga-giants is a thing, forget about any other giant based deck in Wild.
And the voidlord package IS controllock in both modes now. I doubt you can play without it, and coil/kobold are both important as well for consistancy.
turn 3: You play giant
turn 4: opponent get's hit in the head,
turn 5: opponent get's hit in the head, you shadowflame all his giants alongside sea witch that he coined out...
if he doesn't overcommit you just siphon ,siphon, twist, twist, blastcrystal, win
Yes, initially this is a more anti-agro approach, by now I'm afraid of going too heavy on late game, but once the first tests are done is easyer to see the where the deck is weaker
Handlock was my first complete deck, the first versions ran 2 more giants, Jaraxxus, Alex AND the leeroy/faceless combo, not even counting stuff like sylv and the drakes. If the giants and drakes are answered, the win condition of your version seems to be to play 2 mediocre midgame drops per turn... At least put in The Lich King!
Yeah... I'm playing sort of a Handlock now with Jaraxxus and the awesome Leeroy/Faceless, so sad they're all odd T-T

I'll craft Genn Greymane to play around with even-Warlock. Will it be good? I don't know, but I'm sure it will be fun

Well.. Just think about Warlock that has basically ALL its good removals at even slots alongside Mountain Giant, Twilight Drake, Bloodreaver Gul'dan and Rin
Just like that
